Ariadna was very kind and friendly. Although more than an excursion, it is a transfer. The tasting was delicious. Ariadna's directions were very clear and helped us explore the city at our own pace.

We arrived by ship and took the transfer from the port to the city. On the way back, we were also dropped off directly at the ship. It was a successful day in Florence. Our tour guide Ariana and the bus driver were both very nice and provided a lot of information.

We chose to go to the Pitti Palace, but used recommendations from our tour guide, Omi! She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and sweet!

Tour assistance was perfect. We wanted free time to get back to what we missed and things we wanted to see again. Comfortable bus ride and perfect driver. They took good care of us . GRAZIE

Great tour. Beatrice was very nice and informative. The tour is basically transportation to Florence , but the guide provides a map and provides a lot of information to you about the history and what to expect upon arrival. She made sure we made our way easily through the city. We had no trouble le getting back to the bus. Great way to see the city at your own pace and be well informed. For the price this was fantastic

From the cruise NCL Epic we went to a Viator shore excursion tour to Florence by Shore Emotion. First, we had to take a shuttle to middle of the town, Livorno, and there we met with the group guided by Adrianna, Marcella and driver Luka (please pardon the name spellings). It was a big group and we were taken to a double deckers bus. From there they took us to Florence with a bathroom break in between. During the trip we were entertained by Adrianna and Marcella in both English and Italian. The ride was about an hour and a half and the bus was quite comfortable so we did not have any problem. Once there, we had two options, one group led by Marcella heading to a market and the other group guided by Adrianna will take people to visit a wine tasting site. After that, we were free to roam Florence for few hours and meet back at predetermined place. Once again, the trip back took around an hour and half and thankfully Luka dropped all of us at the disembarked dock, saving us from having to take the shuttle back. Florence is a great city to visit and this tour was wonderfully guided by the two ladies, Adrianna and Marcella. We were very informed and they always answered any questions we had. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and would not hesitate to do it again. Tip - when you’re in Livorno, make sure you are in a right group since Shore Emotion also had different tours going to different places.
