  We have made this family trip for 5 days with Fran and it has been fantastic. The organization, attention and details you have had with us, the guides; a trip 100% recommended to know the Mayan and Yucatecan culture, its cities, its towns, its people and its rich gastronomy. Looking forward to repeating and doing another circuit with Fran. Thanks for everything!!

  Live Mayan Tours...what to say about you, if everything has been perfect.... Fran, wonderful and Michel more of the same. We have spent 5 days with them and everything has been perfect. Humble people, who like their work and who also do wonderful... We have travelled to several countries and I would say that this tour and especially this TEAM formed by Fran as driver-organizer and Michel as guide, has been the best. They make you feel at home, they take care of you, they make you laugh and they are very much governed by what you ask, always with good humor, a smile and of course full of knowledge and experiences. Fran, Michel, a pleasure, we leave with a huge smile and a lot of nostalgia in our suitcase.... A hug Iñaki and Esti

  Fantastic trip with my teenage daughter! The 5-day circuit was nicely planned full of unique, varied experiences beyond the typical tourist sites. We really appreciated visiting smaller villages which we wouldn’t have encountered on our own. And the cenotes were a highlight especially those we had to ourselves. We’d definitely book again!

  Yesterday we finished the 5-day tour, and I have to say that from the comments I had read I had very high expectations, but Fran and her team have far exceeded them. A very personal attention, taking care of all the details and covering our needs, but at the same time professional. We have visited the most important places of the Mayan culture and at the same time have allowed us to make an immersion in the Yucateca culture through local restaurants and charming towns. I don’t want to forget Max, our guide, an expert on Mayan culture, but at the same time a very close personal treatment, adapting to our pace at all times. Thank you so much for making us spend an amazing holiday and allowing us to fill a lot of memories.

  Sensational, a tour hit and especially guide. Nice person, close, professional. Completely recommended, accompanied by a guide-archaeologist also very good and equally very close and familiar. I would always recommend this company. For us it has been a luxury to enjoy these days the professionalism and good care of Francesc.

  Unbeatable!!! The route very balanced, well organized and both the archaeologist guide and Fran de 10. Flexible and adapting to needs. And also a joy to discover what a wonderful person Fran is.   The trip was perfect and amazing! I was worried that a daily Cenote would get old, but cenotes are now my favorite thing in the world. Absolutely breathtaking and each day they just got cooler and cooler. Our guide was wonderful and Informative. We had such a blast and highly recommend this tour!

  Difficult to describe in words what we experienced during this trip .. Let's just start by saying it was unforgettable. All the people we have known have been impressed in our hearts. Starting from Fran, tour organizer and our Guide during these days, genuine and very sunny person who made us feel immediately at ease. He made us explore the Yucatan through small magical villages (like Izamal) and magnificent archaeological sites. It was also great to share with him the journey by car in the jungle and his observations on the way to the small towns. Thanks to him we met several local people and their way of life and thinking. Thanks also to Adan, our Yucatan Mayan Guide inside the different places we visited. His stories about the Mayan people enchanted us. Of this tour we appreciated, beyond the people, the fact that it shows the real Yucatan with its landscapes, its typical foods, life in all these small towns and in the main colonial cities. The only flaw .. is that it lasted too little (We did the 5 day tour)! A little sad but full of indelible memories and enriched by new experiences, we just have to meet the next tour always with them to see the rest! Hasta ready Mexico! Francesca and Piero.

  We have just returned from a 7-day tour of the Riviera Maya and Yucatan with Vive Mayan Tours and we cannot be happier. From the start, the treatment has been excellent, before, during and after the trip. Francesc was always attentive to any questions or details, and throughout the circuit we had Max as Guide, a certified local who knew absolutely EVERYTHING about Mayan culture and the places we visited. Your knowledge is impressive! They took us to several archaeological areas such as Tulum, Chacchóbén, Chichén Itzá or Uxmal, and to spectacular cenotes such as Yax Kin, Santa Barbara and Palomitas. But what we liked the most is that they did not take us to the most touristy places, but to authentic places, where you eat delicious, prepared very fondly and by local people who really appreciate it. The team at Vive Mayan Tours was always super flexible. We moved in a private van, and if at any point we wanted to make a small modification to the plans, they were more than willing to adapt. That's how nice it is to travel! If you're hesitating, don't think about it anymore.
