  Great experience with our guide Aurelien. He was well informed And went well beyond our expectations. The Holy Place is especially Treasured By Catholics like us but it became extra special And memorable because of Aurelien. He guided us well through the tour And did not cut corners extending beyond the committed length of the visit. We wil recommend Aurelien to friends who plan to visit Lourdes. 🙌Bravo!

  Our guide was very knowledgeable on this history of Lourdes, St Bernadette and the catholic church. We greatly enjoyed the tour and by being shown all the key locations helped us to determine what we wanted to focus on the next morning.

  Our guide, Aurélien, took us on an informative and interesting walking tour of Lourdes. He shared information and recommendations that I'm sure we wouldn't have learned by ourselves. We are English speaking and his communication with us was flawless. He smartly started at the highest point in the town so that most of our walking was downhill. In advance of the tour he was very proactive in communicating with us about the tour and the meeting point.

  Aurlien is a wonderful guide, he gave us time to explain everything in Lourdes, the guide was in English, but he also spoke Spanish, which very helpful for my husband, I would totally recommend him.

  We have a better appreciation of Lourdes now- all made possible by our awesome guide, Aurelien. We were able to participate in all the catholic services with Aurelian’a precise timing- wasting no time as he explained what really happened in Lourdes at the time of the apparition and how Lourdes is now at the present time. Aside from being a very knowledgeable local guide, Aurelien is also a very nice guy and respectful/understanding of other people’s culture.

  Great communication with company on last minute booking n communicating with us. Our tour guide Mélanie a local with deep roots in Lourdes was excellent n would highly recommend her and this tour if you can only visit for the day like my husband n adult daughter. A must see and /or do is the night procession to get the full experience of visiting this site. We arrived by taxis from San Sebastián by 2:30. Would recommend another 2 hrs earlier if you have the time n like to shop. We shopped at store on site which was perfect for books n souvenirs . September was good month to go - not as busy as July n August .
