  Our guide, Mizu, was a delight from start to finish. We packed a lot in to our 8 hours and saw everything we had requested. Our many questions were answered fully. She is proud of her city and wants you to enjoy the experience. Having a heart condition which makes going up stairs problematic, Mizu very thoughtfully found the lifts and escalators where possible, especially in Osaka castle,such a help.

  The lovely tour guide was very accommodating for our family of seven however did seem unsure of navigating around some of the points of interest at times Perhaps more in-depth history

  We had an amazing day in Osaka with our tour guide Nori. He was extremely friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. He had a fantastic itinerary plan for our day seeing sites that we would not have seen without him. We had a wonderful lunch. We went to temples and shrines we went to Great markets. The day could’ve not been better. Thank you for the great day John, Erick, and Shawn.

  We had a great time with Noriko; she is knowledgeable and flexible, working with us to create a custom tour around Osaka. Wear comfortable shoes because there will be a lot of walking.

  We loved our Osaka tour with Tatsuya Ito! He was super friendly and sweet from beginning to the end. Not to mention he was so understanding of our situation, my 5 yr old daughter was not feeling well so we had to delay the start of our tour by nearly an hour. Tatsuya was very knowledgeable and took us on a great pace that was easy for everyone to follow. It was a very hot day so he made sure we took more "shaded" paths to keep us cool. He also had a very good sense of humor so that was an added bonus. We learned alot about the history of Osaka and were intrigued with every site we visited. I highly recommend Tatsuya Ito as your Osaka tour guide. He is very fun, intelligent, charming and understanding. We loved him!
