• Amazing Experience in the Heart of Verona

  The bike ride was phenomal and the host made sure to check on us and make stops as we went. We were provided with lots of history of the area and contacting for a ride there and back was easy and they were very accommodating and super nice. The wine and food was absolutely amazing along with the view while we enjoyed our meal and drinks. If you get a chance don't hesitate to give this a shot even if it's slightly out of your way as you won't regret it!

  We had a fabulous day with Nicola on the e-bikes and then back at his winery. It was so fun learning about the Valpcelllo area and e-biking thru the valleys. We loved the wine tasting afterwards and learning more about the various wines from the area. The day was a great success and we enjoyed it thoroughly! I would highly recommend this activity.

  Words cannot fully represent this experience. From the moment I was picked up in San Floriano by Nicola the day unfolded into perhaps one of the most magical experiences I have had on my travels anywhere. I arrived at his beautiful villa which looked like a set of a movie to meet his beautiful wife and staff, I was offered refreshments before I was fitted out on a state of the art e-bike and begun a very beautiful tour of his families vineyards and neighbouring village. Nicola offered a very comprehensive breakdown on his grape varieties and how they were grown in his terraced vineyards. Also were shown ancient Roman artefacts and the site of a temple excavation that were discovered in his area. In return to his villa I was treated to a 3 course lunch starting with local salami, cheeses and cherries marinated in mustard ( so yummy), then pasta with truffle from his property found by his truffle dogs that were very cute. Note: another arm of his tour business is a truffle hunting tour. The food was paired with 4 wines from his cellar all of which you can purchase. I would do this tour again 100%

  My wife and I took an e-bike tour through their winery and small town. It was a fun experience. There were 2 others on the tour. They both spoke Italian as did our guide who was the owner of the winery. It would have been nice if the other couple spoke English because our guide had to say everything twice. It would be nice for future visitors if English speaking and Italian speaking groups would be separated when signing up. The lunch and wine tasting when we got back was excellent. Would recommend to other looking for a unique experience. They also had a group that did truffle hunting.

  I would highly recommend! We have done wine tours in Italy and other countries before but this was by far the best! The region and tour itself was breathtakingly beautiful - it’s a stunning area but what really made it even more special was that Nikola was so knowledgeable and shared so much passion and history with us (and also showed so much patience for a novice cyclist (me) and I loved every second of it). We were fortunate enough to visit during harvest time and as a winery that uses traditional methods it was lovely to see the grapes being prepared! AND then there was the lunch and wine tasting - absolutely stunning room that reminded me of Christmas, the food was so delicious and very generous wine tasting of some delicious wine! Such a wonderful experience that we won’t forget! Thank you so much from Despina & Richard

  What an amazing morning! We were guided by Nicola on a discovery of the beauty of the Valpolicella wine and culture of the area. The bike ride was safe and required minimal effort due to the electric bikes. The lunch they served had the best view and we have been so well by Beatrice. She was knowledgable and very welcoming. Highly recommended and would come back for wine tasting!

  The vineyard was beautiful, the food and wine were delicious, and the people were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our bike ride throughout the grounds and surrounding area and learning about the cultural history of the region.

  Beautiful bike ride, in the middle of the vineyards until you reach the top of the hill. Winery owner excellent guide, friendly and helpful. Very good wines and food!

  Great location, just outside Verona, on the hills of Valpolicella. Wonderful location for the view. Tenuta Santa Maria rustic and well maintained. Very interesting and varied bike ride. Tasting and friendliness great!
