5.00I got off the ferry and walked straight over to the rental kiosk. I was helped by Max--he provided a map, explained the typical route, and made notes on his recommendations based upon my feedback. I was paid and out the door in 5 minutes. Conrad helped me get set up on the bike and I was off. the entire process was as painless I could have hoped for and the service was really much better than I ever expected.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed my e-bike experience on Waiheke Island. The booking and return process was seamless and well explained. Beyond the logistics, the pure joy of cycling across the island was incredible. At your Leisure, you can stop whenever you like and lock your bike (though it’s a very safe island). Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

5.00Awesome day out. Use the recommended App for guidance to find all the great stops on the way. Food, wine , beaches and great views. Do everything at your own pace. 100% the best day out and easy work with E-bikes doing the work for you.

4.00Great experience. Easy getting the bikes right at the ferry dock. These are assisted bikes and there are a lot of hills on Waiheke. So, just know you will be biking! This isnt an easy walk in the park. The app drained our battery super quickly and we did have to power up with a battery bank half way throughout the day. But to experience the island on your own time and still get some physical activity, this is the way to go.

5.00We were staying in Auckland for the week and wanted a day on Waiheke. The ebikes were the perfect way to see the island on our own schedule, plus hit a few tastings. When we checked in, we were given a marked map with verbal descriptions of the different offerings. After an introduction to the bike and a practice lap around the parking lot, we were off. The island is hilly but the ebikes made the ride very manageable, even for our non-rider. We stopped for a few tastings and snacks, plus for photos of the outstanding views. At the recommendation of the staff, after we dropped the bikes we walked up to Mudbrick Winery for a sunset drink. It was a perfect end to our Waiheke tour!
