5.00It was a very good experience; it is 100% worth it. The staff who guided us, Erick, Enrique, Kat, Axel, and Jonathan, were all super friendly and had an excellent attitude.
A lot of unnecessary waiting due to poor planning; the tour lasts 10 hours, be careful!

3.00They kept us waiting at the Vallarta Adventure office for more time than indicated in the instructions, only to take us to another Vallarta Adventure in Puerto Vallarta, and after finally waiting more than 2 hours, they took us to the tour, which is another hour of travel. I asked for water, and they told me there was none; we were feeling very nauseous and about to vomit after an unnecessary 2 hours of waiting. The tour was fine, but at the end, we were hungry and thirsty. The guides did not give us our belongings until they finished their pitch about leaving reviews on TripAdvisor and tipping, which lasted 30 minutes!!! An annoyed gentleman simply left them talking and went to eat. We were tolerant, and when we finally received our belongings and could finally eat something, the guides rushed us to leave 4 times, which really upset me. Additionally, the guides... The price of the photos was ridiculous. Poor logistical planning; the tour is long enough without making it unnecessarily longer. You will lose an entire day of vacation; it is not 6 hours, it was 10 hours!!!!! They scheduled us for 10:30 AM. We arrived at Vallarta Adventures at 6:45 PM; they were late!
