  We had a wonderful experience with this London private van tour for our family of 12. Everything was very smooth from start to finish. Our driver was punctual and already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, which made the pickup completely stress-free after a long journey. We were also in touch with him on WhatsApp before landing, so communication was easy and reassuring. The city tour itself was excellent. We covered many of London’s major sights comfortably and at our own pace. London traffic can honestly be quite hectic and challenging, so we were really grateful to have such a calm, skilled, and professional driver. He navigated everything smoothly and made the day very enjoyable for our whole family. A special thank you to the support team as well. They were very responsive on WhatsApp throughout the day and always quick to help with suggestions, including lunch recommendations and general guidance. We were staying in Windsor, and they kindly managed our drop-off to our apartment there very smoothly without charging any extra fee, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable, well-organized, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for a smooth and stress-free way to explore London.

  Very unfortunate with weather everytime i am in London... luckily we had a very good pilot for the trip. His name is Rajah. He spoke English with a srilankan accent and had amazing sense of humour. Indeed a perfect driver and we forgot our unlucky with the weather. The traffic in London has gone from bad to worse but the charm of London is always the same. I would have loved to see Kohinoor diamond in tower of London but unfortunately can't do everything in one day. The company Tour Passion did a fabulous job to help and to suggest whatever we asked for. Awesome trip for us
