  We had such a great time, we made it everywhere on time, the hotel pickup was very nice. Our tour guide Kenny, was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth it for a day on the water.

  Kevin is an absolute legend! We just got back from our trip to Hanoi, and it was amazing, all thanks to our travel agent, Kevin. He handled literally everything for us—from accommodation to transportation, and every single tour and activity was perfectly organized and incredibly fun.   Ha Long Bay was an unforgettable experience. The views were stunning — calm emerald waters and dramatic limestone cliffs everywhere you looked. The service on our cruise was excellent, with friendly staff who made everything easy and relaxing. Every moment felt peaceful and special.

  I have mixed feelings about the trip. The planning was well done, the scenery beautful as expected but...: The bus was average, not good or "VIP Bus". The toilet was broken for 4 hours on the ship - both male and female which leaded to a horror scenery. Trying to find the only toilet on the trip, thats not on the ship was as disappointing as the toilet on board. It smelled horrible, was not cleaned, and fecals everywhere on the seats and floor. The Halong bay is totally worth a visit, its spectacular. The food on board was tasty and the vegetarian option was great. One minus point for me was, that it was waaaaay too much food and therefore foodwaste. Our menu for 2 would have been enough for 4 to 5 people. Also: be ready to bring some snacks for the bus tour. The snacks on the single stop during the bus tour were heavily overpriced. Even more than airport prices.

  The staff were really nice and helpful and the buffet food was delicious. It wasn’t crowded on the boat and we didn’t feel crammed in with other guests. We got to see all the main sights in the bay and go kayaking which was very fun. Overall a really great day and definitely worth the money!

  Great experience. Our guide, Willy, was very helpful and caring making sure everyone followed the group. Cruise was good ( just a lot of people in a line for food so it seemed like some of main dish was not enough). Drinks on a boat quite pricy. Bus was cold. Place where we could choose btw hike and man made beach was good. But if you choose hike, it is a hike😁. Family enjoyed it.

  Booked a day tour, pick up from my hotel. Small group of 14 on the bus, lovely food served on the cruise boat. Boat was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Meet new friends on the bus and spent the day being each other photographers. The Bay and lime stone’s are simply amazing! Took a 20 minute HIGH speed boat trip also (small extra few) which was extremely fun - got to see things close up! I’d highly recommend a Halong Bay tour

  Amazing tour! Professional, friendly and informative staff. They went the extra mile to help us rearrange the tour because we had visa issues. The tour guide was very well-organised and punctual. The cave was much larger than the tour photos! The included lunch was very generous. Everything was perfect! Best tour of our trip. Thank you

  Great value for money. We visited Ha Long way on a cruise. This trip is the same as the ship excursion but better value. Guide, Ben , was very , friendly and spoke excellent English. We communicated by WhatsApp which was great. Ben was also very helpful with arranging a taxi to be waiting to take us back to the ship. Our ship docked at Hanoi and it was a 15 mins taxi ride to the harbor to pick up this tour. On board we had a very nice meal , well organized. Visited a huge cave and kayaked.
