  Phenomenal tour! Our guide was interesting, knowledgeable and friendly. The sight and food were wonderful. I saw sights I had never seen before, and I was not new to Lancaster. Overall excellent tour!

  Ask for Bekka 😊 she did a fabulous job of explaining the history and taking care of us. We had a small group which made it even more enjoyable.

  Becka was a great tour guide! Helpful and considerate, she texted us before to make sure we knew where to go, took pictures along the way, and had so many great historical tidbits to share. I had no idea Lancaster had so much in its past and to do now.

  Kendra, our tour guide, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and passion for the city of Lancaster’s history. Her detailed explanations brought the landmarks and stories to life, making the experience both educational and engaging. Kendra presented historical facts with clarity, weaving in cultural insights and anecdotes that helped connect the past to the present. Her ability to answer questions thoroughly showed both expertise and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge. To enhance the tour experience, we were treated to breakfast and snacks along the journey. Overall, her professionalism, storytelling skills, and attention to detail made the tour enriching and memorable.

  We went on the Lancaster History and Breakfast Walking Tour with our guide Becka. Our group was small, only one other couple with us. It was like going out with old friends and touring the town and stopping for snacks on the way. We've been on several waling tours and this ranks up there with the best. Thank you Becka!

  Today I had such an unforgettable experience on the Lancaster History and Breakfast Walking Tour with Kendra! What made it even more special? I was the only person signed up—so it turned into a private, personalized tour just for me. 🙌🏾 Since moving to the Lancaster/Lititz area earlier this year, I’ve been exploring, learning, and trying to settle into my new surroundings. This tour was the perfect way to dive deeper into Lancaster’s rich history while also connecting with pieces of home that resonate with my culture. We started the morning with a delicious breakfast at Lancaster Central Market, surrounded by the energy of vendors and the rich history of the market itself. From there, we stopped at a cozy coffee shop for a pick-me-up, and then treated ourselves to a sweet stop at a local dessert spot. Each stop was not only tasty but also tied into Lancaster’s story, which Kendra shared so thoughtfully along the way. The highlight of the tour for me came when Kendra introduced me to Julia at the Gourmet Market, which she opened just nine months ago. Inside, I found treasures that instantly made me smile—like Fusion Kuisine’s Peanut Stew simmer sauce and Neilly’s Jollof Rice Mix. These are the kinds of flavors that remind me of home, and now I know exactly where to shop whenever I need authentic African ingredients. Julia, the owner, is warm and welcoming, and it was such a joy to meet her and hear her story. A special thank-you goes to Kendra, who made the whole tour feel so personal. She tailored everything to my interests, took the time to show me hidden gems I never would have found on my own, and made me feel truly welcome in a city I’m still getting to know. This wasn’t just a walking tour—it was a journey through history, culture, and food that left me feeling more connected to Lancaster than ever before. For anyone new to the area (or even longtime locals who want to see the city with fresh eyes), I can’t recommend this tour enough!

  The Lancaster City Breakfast and History Walking Tour was so much fun! I would highly recommend Unique Lancaster Experiences to anyone. Rebecca, our guide, was so cheery and knowledgable. Her story telling skills kept us engaged the whole time. This is a great tour to do solo or with a partner, friends, or family. Perfect way to learn about Lancaster, PA.
