屋台の向こう側を見渡し、日常のモデニーズ食文化がどのように機能しているかを理解しながら、地元の視点で歴史的なアルビネリ市場を歩きます。
道中では、カプチーノと一緒に楽しむニョッコ・フリットなど、ほとんどの訪問者が気づかない小さな伝統や、地元の驚くべき習慣を発見することができます。

5.00This was a fantastic food tour of Modena including a very special breakfast and memorable balsamic tasting. Our guide, Loredana was excellent. So friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Very easy to travel to Modena from Bologna by train.

5.00This food tour was exceptional. Wandering the streets of Modena, an insight into the history, and stopping at different locations for sampling of local food was incredibly good. We were introduced to a wide range of foods, and the markets visit was fantastic. Such high quality food and variety, coupled with the knowledge and expertise of our guide was excellent. Would highly recommend the tour for those wanting to sample local and regional foods,

5.001. Our guide, Roberta, was knowledgeable, prompt and energetic. 2. Diverse introduction to the foods of the city. Cheese, pastry and balsamic of various ages. 3. Learned so much! Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting!

5.00Loredana was a very charming and experienced guide. Lots of tasty food stops and at pretty slow pace on a hot day in Modena. Market, cafe, balsemica shop and a gelati shop. Loredana was very kind and caring for all the people in our group including two small children.
A real must do if you want to taste Modena.

5.00We had a really lovely, full and exciting food tour with our guide Loredana. In total we were with 6 persons. The places we visited, the food and wine we tasted, all great. Loredana was very knowlegde-able and we could ask her all kinds of questions. All in all a great experience in a lovely group.
