  It was a great trip, and well worth it. My husband and I were able to enjoy Acadia, and get a good sense of MDI. The van was spotless, and the timing was right on. Pete was a very informative and gracious host. We would definitely do it again.

  Fabulous tour of Acadia. Pete, our tour guide and owner, picked us up at our hotel. We went to every “sight to see” in Acadia including the top of Cadillac Mountain. Pete shared tons of info about the park and its history during our tour and answered every question we had. He even had reference books about the flora of the park to look at. We stopped for a delicious lunch (not included in the cost) in the middle of the tour. Pete also provided water and snacks for us. I know we would not have been able to see or learn as much if we had attempted this by ourselves. Would highly recommend a tour with Pete and his company!

  Our day with Pete was the highlight of our trip! Taking four kids through Acadia all day is no easy task and Pete never batted at eye. My kids are still talking about how much fun he was. Do yourself (and your family) a favor and spend a day touring Acadia with Pete!!!!

  What a great way to have a stress free and informational experience at Acadia. We did the 6 hour tour and just had the best experience with our guide Pete.

  Pete is an excellent guide who has a thorough knowledge of the park and the area, in general. He drives a new van which is very nice, comfortable and easy to see out of. He also took us to a great place for our lunch which we would never have found on our own. Pete is an upbeat, funny and safety conscious guide. He’s easy to talk to, accomodating and gives you the facts. He seemed truly interested in making sure we had a great time. NOTE: Private park tours are a little more spendy than trying to do it yourself, but you will see ALL of the best spots without having to fight for parking spots, look for clean bathrooms or great lunch spots. It makes the park so much more enjoyable (and efficient) than trying to navigate the unknown yourself! • Terrific way to see Acadia and Mt. Desert Island

  It was fabulous. Our private guide/driver, Pete Mancuso, could not have been more perfect. He was very knowledgeable about the area and its history and geography. He grew up spending his summers in Maine and is passionate about the state. We hiked a bit, saw a lot and had a terrific lunch at a lobster pound. He also drives a spacious and comfortable vehicle which added to the enjoyment.
