  We had a fun time exploring Siem Reap with Sun Same. He is flexible and accommodating. We stayed 5 days. The car was spacious and comfortable. He gave an indepth account of the rich history and culture of the ancient kingdom. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Highly recommend Sun Same Private Tour.

  We had an incredible trip thanks to Sun! Our cousins toured with him nearly ten years ago and when they heard we were traveling to Cambodia they were excited to tell us about how great Sun had been for them. They were not wrong! Very knowledgeable, speaks English, and so kind! Took us for an afternoon visit to the floating villages and to see sunset on Tonle Sap lake. Then the next day picked us early for a sunrise visit to Angkor Wat and nearby temples. Spectacular views!! The trip of a lifetime!

  Same was great! He was a recommendation from a friend who did a tour back 6 years ago. He did not disappoint. Friendly, accommodating and lots of interesting insights. Very clean and nice van service as well. He took very good care of us and will definitely recommend him for anyone coming to Siem reap! Thank you so much Same!!

  We had a wonderful time at Siem Reap, Cambodia. Thanks to Sun Same our tour guide. He was very prompt on all days, his car was very comfortable and the long drive to Kulen Mountain, Bantai Seri temples were a breeze. Sun Same also has good knowledge on the historical facts of the Ankorwat Temples and all the attractions of in and out of Siem Reap. He suggested hotels, food, activities.. that we could do prior to our trip. With his help we could plan and execute a wonderful and memorable trip with my family.

  Sun Same made our trip so comfortable and easy. He helped us plan our itinerary and recommended activities like the apsara dance based on our interests. He guided us through many spots like Angkor Wat and Kulen Mountains. He was well-informed of the history of each location and is good in English. Overall, we had a very pleasant and informative trip which we thoroughly enjoyed.

  Exceptional I spent two days on a guided family tour in Siem Reap with Sun Same. It was fabulous: well in advance Sun Same helped us to choose the temples that best suited our expectations (we were with a young teenager). His in-depth knowledge of Cambodian culture made the visit a real adventure in history. He knew perfectly how to put himself within the reach of his visitors and to guide our gaze to the important points of the places visited. He retraced the life of Cambodians in past centuries in a very lively way, making his explanations very interesting and fun for my grandson. He was also judicious in guiding us in our choice of restaurants, notably by reserving for us, at our request, one of the best tables at a dinner and show. The SUV was spotless and very comfortable, The driver, very friendly, drove us in complete safety all the way. We had water available as well. I highly recommend Sun Same. We couldn't have wished for anything better. Thank you very much for all.

  I booked a 3+ days private tour with Sun Same. Sun Same was the most incredible guide I have ever booked. His English is Fluent. He is very knowledgeable in the history culture and Architecture of Cambodia. Before I booked Sun Same, I informed him that we are landing in Siem Reap at 9:00am and would like to start touring right away. I also told him that since we have more days than most tourists, I would like to see additional ancient temples that are hidden and off the beaten path. We also, hoped that Sun Same could find a way to avoid the heavy tourist traffic. Sun Same exceeded our expectations. On the first day, Sun Same took us straight from the airport . He took us to ancient cities and temples that existed before Angkor Wat and were only recently discovered. In some of the places we were the only tourists. I loved Beng Mealea and Koh Ker. Koh Ker has the only pyramid in Asia. We climbed to the top. It was at least, 300 years older the Angkor Wat and was a good 2+ hours drive away from SIem Reap. On the 2nd day, we started from Ta Prom (Tomb Raider). Sun Same explained that all the tourists go to Angkor wat in the morning and Ta Prohm in the after noon. So If we do the opposite, we will have the places to ourselves. It was a brilliant plan. We got to see Ta Prom, Banteay Srei, Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat with almost no tourists to interrupt us. Finally, on the last day, Sun Same, took us to the Kulen mountains and we got to swim in the water fall. Part of the tour included also a tour of the floating village in the river. We learned a lot about Cambodian history and culture. On the day, of our flight, Sun Same agreed to keep the SUV for an additional day and take us to the Airport. I can not possibly think of a better way to see the ancient temples of Cambodia. Sun Same was truly amazing. When you book a tour with a private guide that is incredibly knowledgeable and flexible, you can participate in creating the "perfect tour" that fits your needs and desires. I recommend with enthusiasm !

  Sun Same is one of the best tour guides I’ve encountered in all my travel experiences. He is professional, knowledgeable, and speaks fluent, easy-to-understand English, making him an excellent choice for English-speaking tourists. We spent four days with “Sam” (the name we called him throughout the trip). Not only did he provide detailed insights into the history of Cambodia, its wars, and the lives of its people, but he also shared his personal dreams and career aspirations, making the experience feel more like traveling with a friend than with a tour guide. Sam’s restaurant recommendations were excellent—clean, welcoming, and offering delicious food. His vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the custom 4-day itinerary he created perfectly suited our needs.   We received a recommendation from a family member for a tourist guide, Sun Same. Sun is a great man and full of knowledge and fun. The temple history and information shared is “second” to none.   Amazing place with lots of history! Great guide helped us to know more about the temples and ruins. Without guide hard to go around and understand various architecture and history!
