Our agents had scheduled an itinerary that was not possible, but Reggi made it work and was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and good company. 5.005 minutes, guide on time, punctuality, long drive from home to hotel, too late for breakfast, seize the big time before the rain to book a Brazilian section of the helicopter, we were happy, thus, also an experienced guide
