1.00The ticket they sent is bar coded. No matter how much you beg the castle entrance, they won't accept these tickets coz they only recognize QR coded tix. We had to buy a new one on site. Beware of this scam.

1.00I bought tickets to the castle for 4:30 pm and the castle closes at that time. I got there about 45 minutes before the time and they refused to validate the tickets after asking me to do a 15 minutes line. Bottom line, I had to buy new tickets and couldn’t use these ones, only to be able to see 30 minutes on a visit that was supposed to be at least 2 hours. If I had known the castle was closing at 4:30, I would have bought tickets for an early time. I hope Viator do the right thing to reimburse me for tickets they didn’t accept.
