As a visually impaired traveler, I rely heavily on clear communication and attentive guidance, and he exceeded every expectation. He described the landscapes vividly, ensured I felt safe on every step of the trail, and supported me with patience and respect. His knowledge of the area and his calm, friendly approach made the entire journey meaningful and enjoyable. Mario, our driver, was equally impressive. He drove with great care on the mountain roads, assisted whenever needed, and created a comfortable and secure environment throughout the trip.   Our trip to Cusco was a very nice experience. The guys who guided and assisted us throughout the tour were always very attentive and friendly. They helped us at all times, responded quickly to any queries and were attentive to every detail, which made the trip much quieter and more enjoyable. You can see the commitment and willingness they have with travelers. To close, they had the nice gesture of giving us a present at the end of the trip, which was a very special surprise.   Found this agency from the search engine of ChatGpt and was recommended one of the best agencies for rainbow mountain. We are a group of 3 and signed up for a private tour to rainbow mountain. The owner of the company came to our hotel on the day we arrived and explained to us about the tour and the time of pickup. Everything went smoothly and the tour guide and the driver arrived on time to pick us up at the hotel. The team was very professional and efficient. Very friendly and heart warming services.   We recently did the Full Day Rainbow Mountain Tour from Cusco with Hotel Transfer and it was an incredible experience. I highly recommend Magical Cusco Travel; they are incredibly professional, and we were so pleased with their services. Our tour guide was excellent—so knowledgeable and a great person to spend the day with. The driver was also top-notch, navigating the roads skillfully and safely. Both of them really gave us a lasting impression of their kindness and professionalism. Magical Cusco Travel offers many different services, and based on our experience, you'd be wise to book all your tours with them. Peruvian people are wonderful to deal with—so nice and well-educated.   If I could give them 100 stars, I would! ⭐️ Karen and Mario went above and beyond to make my first solo trip an unforgettable experience. I had a work trip scheduled in Lima, and with just three weeks’ notice, a friend recommended Magical Cusco. Karen secured both Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain for me, ensuring everything was seamless. From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable and safe. She’s sweet, attentive, highly professional, and truly passionate about Cusco—a lovely person all around! Mario was my tour guide, and oh man—what an incredible guide! His energy is unmatched, and he’s knowledgeable, respectful, funny, and incredibly smart. Thanks to both of them, I had a weekend I’ll never forget. I’m beyond happy with my experience and already planning to return soon. If you’re traveling to Peru, don’t hesitate to book with them—you won’t regret it!   Incredible agency! Totally recommended, we took several tours with Pame the guide and she explained everything to us very well, they picked us up at the hostel and took us to all the points. Pame super recommended :) excellent guide! You will not regret booking this tour :D
