We were collected from the pick up point by our lovely guide Gary. He looked after us all day! Accompanied us to the picture points and took photos for us. He worked really hard all day to ensure that all his guests were looked after. He was very explanatory about where we were going, some history, what we would see and do. He was clear and concise about how long we had, what time to be back at the van and where he would be waiting for us. He took us everywhere we had chosen and a couple of extra surprises too which was just amazing. He had 10 passengers and he ensured we all had a great time. It was a wonderful experience and I would thoroughly recommend booking this trip. Everywhere we went was breathtaking. We would never have been able to get to all the places on our own. Gary made sure it was stress free and enjoyable.

Tobu did an amazing job! Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! This tour was a good way to preview all the sites and plan hiking trips next!

We did not visit one of the main attractions of the tour. Was told we would be visiting Moraine Lake, attempted twice and tour bus was denied entry.

It was a wonderful experience that was amazing. With very limited parking everywhere in Banff, town and points of interest, a tour is a must. Sam, our driver, was great. He drove safely and took us to the perfect spots. There was 12 on our medium size bus. He was very helpful and contacted people by phone when they were lost. It is easy to go the wrong way on the trails back to the bus. We had a lady with two small children that he assisted many times. I know she appreciated his help. The day was about 10 hours, but we got our moneys worth with so many amazing points of interest in one day. Book the tour, you won’t regret it.

This tour covers a lot of lakes which isnt doable in a day on your own. Excellent if you are on a time crunch
