  The tour guides — Sophi and Victoria were excellent! They kept us on track with the tour, and the scenery and lakes are spectacular! I highly recommend. We even saw a black bear by the side of the road not far from Moraine Lake. What a thrill!

  We booked a Lakes Louise and Moraine tour for our extended family group of 10. Miranda did a great job as guide- informative, fun, and patient with our questions. In addition to the stunning lakes and mountain scenery, we saw elk, deer, marmot and pikas while on the tour.

  My fiancé and I enjoyed this tour a lot! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and took great photos for us! We loved every minute of this day.

  Your director was poor. No personality and no information given. Was told to meet at tran station couldn’t pick up at hotel so drive 45 minutes just to go right back where we came from. Totally a waste of our time. Very disappointing.

  Neil was a fantastic tour guide: relaxed, knowledgeable, humorous, and engaging. Neil gave great advice on how to get the best vantage points to view these breathtaking sites. Lake Louise was picture perfect but Moraine Lake was even better (which you can’t visit via private vehicle). Neil was an excellent guide and made sure everyone had a good day, even when our bus had mechanical issues and we had to change vehicles. We had the opportunity to ask questions which I had many, however I didn’t want to yell over the whole bus or attempt to get up during travel. Maybe a handheld mic that can be passed along the bus might encourage more questions?

  The trip was booked by us at very short notice, due to a change in plans, but Discover Banff tours arranged a private tour for first thing the next morning. The driver Tom turned up early, was polite, warm and very knowledgeable, explaining the history and scenery from the minute we got in the vehicle until we got out 3.5hrs later. He managed to cover more than we planned, without taking anytime away from the key areas we wanted to visit, which made the trip, even more memorable experience for us, as we learned so much from him.

  Awesome experience visiting Banff, we highly recommend it, we travelled with our two little kids and they loved it. Amazing snowed views, hiking, food and shopping. Loved Banff and Lake Louise, if possible, spend one or two nights at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will love it.

  It was my first visit to Banff and our guide Sam did not disappoint! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and entertaining. I learned so much on the tour and the landscape and lakes were truly breathtaking. Sam took photos for all of the guests and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The bus was comfortable, clean and a very smooth ride. We even saw an elk! I would definitely recommend to this tour.

  Great trip to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake today. Our tour guide Neil was very knowledgeable and made the tour really interesting and informative. Thank you Neil! 😊 Tour was on time, coach was spacious and comfortable and we had an hour at each stop to enjoy the lakes - as well as a couple of brief stops on route to take photos. Both Lake Louise & Moraine Lake are breathtakingly beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
