5.00This was an awesome tour. The palace is big from the outside, but hidden behind its plain walls is a grand experience of wealth and history. Our guide was absolutely lovely and passionate about the history of the palace. I’m not going to pretend I had a lot of context going in, but I’ve now got a base understanding of the Savoys and how they ended up ruling Italy. Definitely looking forward to learning more! Overall, it’s a gorgeous building with lots of art, armor and design that anyone would find interesting. Intersect that with history from our guide and it was a ton of fun.

5.00What a magnificent palace! If you have time for only one place - this is it. Chiara gave us a fantastic tour - explaining all the highlights and the history. After the tour, you can stay and delve deeper into what interests you. If you are short on time - this is perfect!

5.00Alessio was a great guide! The tour was very informative and interesting. It was great to see all the highlights of the palace and understand the history and context. I was pleasantly surprised to also visit the breathtaking Chapel of the Shroud on the tour. Also pleasantly surprised that there was an art museum (Renaissance paintings by great masters and sculptures in the part we saw) and Roman antiquities museum included in the ticket (after the palace tour concluded). Great experience! Would highly recommend.
