  Had a wonderful experience, the service was very quick and convenient, loved how organised it was. Stuart was on time, had an extra hand when it came to taking pictures so less worries about that part. Will definitely be coming back !

  This was the second time we’ve been on a hot air balloon and this time did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, the food was great and our captain Flip was amazing! On top of that our tour guide Stuart was awesome! We added onto our day and he didn’t hesitate to say yes! We truly appreciated him spending the day with us! He provided pictures and a video that were amazing!

  This was an awesome experience! Stuart was superb and I would recommend to use his company, The Tourist, for any tour! The food and staff for breakfast afterwards was great as well. Our captain, Flip, was super knowledgeable and funny! I would highly recommend this tour and would do it again!

  Stuart was a very wonderful host. Stuart was a safe driver . He tended to our request for adding a side trip. He helped schedule the tour for 6 people. I think he is a model host and driver for others to be measured by.

  The entire experience was amazing! Great people, amazing views and really great breakfast! I’d recommend this to anyone! Captain Flip was funny, lighthearted and super knowledgeable! Felt safe every step of the way!

  The early morning pickup was seamless, and the hospitality before and after the scheduled flight time was excellent. While our hot air balloon flight unfortunately couldn’t take off due to a storm, the overall experience was still impressive and handled very professionally. The team remained upbeat and accommodating despite the weather challenges, which made a big difference. Safety was clearly the top priority, and we truly appreciated that the team made the decision not to fly rather than take unnecessary risks. We would absolutely consider trying again on a future visit.

  I just lived a dream flying over magalies river valley in a hot air balloon! The views were B-E-A-UTIFUL. Our pilot was knowledgeable, funny and made the experience unforgettable. Sparkling Wine/Mimosa Toast post landing 🥂YES Please. 5/5 Stars- would do it again for sure. A special thanks to Stuart, from the Tourist. He did a pick up and drop off.
