  Unfortunately tours to this destination should only commence when there is actually snow . We were stuck at the lodge for 3 hrs with nothing to do as it was raining all day and unfortunately no snow . The artificial snow was very hard and only enough room for a handful of kids to toboggan as for adults unfortunately nothing to do . The lodge was like a dormitory seating set up , no comfortable seating or wood fire if you wanted a hot chocolate or coffee . Meals very overpriced, the bus and driver were good and the waterfall was lovely . Considering the title of tour had “snow” in it I definitely think it should only run when there is active snow fall . Would not go back to Mountain Lake even if it did snow I think it’s more set up for school excursions

  Check whether first, it rains whole day, no snow. Graham drive was excellent. We where disappointed, but you can't pick whether. waterfall was beautiful and my husband loved bakery.

  Melbourne snow is absolutely magical! ❄️✨ If you ever get the chance, don’t miss it—it feels like stepping into a winter wonderland. The views are heart-melting, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Especially our tour guide was amazing ❤️A must-see experience for anyone visiting Melbourne in winter.

  Highly recommend this trip. Our guide Pete was friendly, capable and knowledgeable . The coach was very comfortable. An easy way to visit the snow if you have limited time

  Had a nice day trip. We were lucky as it snowed on the day we were visiting the Lake mountain. The whole journey was very well planned and we did not feel tired at the end of the day. Ben given a nice commentary during the trip. Thanks Ben

  Excellent day well thought out with lots of stops and activities. The bus driver was very informative and very polite. The Fall were amazing morning tea great. The resort was very picturesque must do toboggan ride as it’s the highlight of the trip. Then to finish off a perfect day you can’t beat ice cream and chocolates. An awesome day

  The whole tour was brilliant. The waterfall was lovely. The snow was awesome. First time seeing and playing in snow and the chocolate shop was a great finish to a terrific day.

  Excellent host, Lauren was genuine, helpful and naturally good with children. The snow was definitely the highlight, the other stops along the way were lovely aswell. Lauren’s playlist was very enjoyable.
