After your alpine adventure, visit the spectacular Steavenson Falls in Marysville, one of Victoria’s tallest waterfalls. Then treat yourself at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, with handcrafted chocolates, creamy ice cream, or a hot chocolate to warm up.

This tour is not accessible wheelchairs, strollers, prams and walkers.
Only Lake Mountain-provided toboggans may be used on the Village Toboggan Run, Mini Toboggan Run, and Koala Creek Run (if open)—no private sleds or makeshift slides allowed
While you may bring your own cross-country skis or snowshoes, these must be hired or sourced off-premises (e.g., in Marysville) before arrival. Lake Mountain only provides clothing and snow boots
Please note there are no ski lessons offered on the mountain this 2026 season

As part of the experience, guests will have the opportunity to support locals and buy something for lunch at Beechworth Bakery in Healesville or while on the mountain (at the guest's own expense).

2.00Unfortunately tours to this destination should only commence when there is actually snow . We were stuck at the lodge for 3 hrs with nothing to do as it was raining all day and unfortunately no snow . The artificial snow was very hard and only enough room for a handful of kids to toboggan as for adults unfortunately nothing to do . The lodge was like a dormitory seating set up , no comfortable seating or wood fire if you wanted a hot chocolate or coffee . Meals very overpriced, the bus and driver were good and the waterfall was lovely . Considering the title of tour had “snow” in it I definitely think it should only run when there is active snow fall . Would not go back to Mountain Lake even if it did snow I think it’s more set up for school excursions

3.00Check whether first, it rains whole day, no snow. Graham drive was excellent. We where disappointed, but you can't pick whether. waterfall was beautiful and my husband loved bakery.
Melbourne’s snow was beyond beautiful—like stepping into a winter wonderland ❄️🤍.

The views are heart-melting, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Especially our tour guide was amazing ❤️A must-see experience for anyone visiting Melbourne in winter.

5.00Had a nice day trip. We were lucky as it snowed on the day we were visiting the Lake mountain. The whole journey was very well planned and we did not feel tired at the end of the day. Ben given a nice commentary during the trip. Thanks Ben

5.00Excellent day well thought out with lots of stops and activities. The bus driver was very informative and very polite. The Fall were amazing morning tea great. The resort was very picturesque must do toboggan ride as it’s the highlight of the trip. Then to finish off a perfect day you can’t beat ice cream and chocolates. An awesome day

5.00The whole tour was brilliant. The waterfall was lovely. The snow was awesome. First time seeing and playing in snow and the chocolate shop was a great finish to a terrific day.

5.00Excellent host, Lauren was genuine, helpful and naturally good with children. The snow was definitely the highlight, the other stops along the way were lovely aswell. Lauren’s playlist was very enjoyable.
