5.00Back end of Regents cruise booked with Viator after having gotten an endorsement from our Regents travel agent. Marcelle made contact with me immediately after I booked more than 3 months in advance and stayed in contact all the way through the actual tour. Nico our guide was spectacular- very high energy and we traversed all the Athens highlights including some of the very authentic Greek neighborhoods in the Acropolis district. Vagelis was our driver and he was awesome as well. I’m detailed oriented and like confirmation that all is as planned and they were. Would recommend!

2.00To start, our driver did an excellent job as a driver. Prompt, courteous and skilled at the wheel. The car was clean and comfortable. We drove by and stopped at several key sites, ate at a local restaurant and saw the changing of the guard. However, as it states buried in the description, you are not getting an “authorized” guide, rather a driver with “some knowledge” of Athens. We wanted someone who could accompany us and explain the associated history at each stop, especially at the Acropolis. So if you are looking for a guide with deep knowledge about Athens and its historical sites, SELECT ANOTHER PROVIDER. We didn’t catch the fine print buried in the description, and while we appreciated our driver’s skills and professionalism, we were surprised and disappointed that we did not get the historical context and insight we expected for the price..

5.00I highly recommend this tour. A private tour/car is obviously more expensive but you can customize the time to your liking. I will also say the guide and driver were very knowledgeable and i highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to get a personalized tour of Athens.

5.00Our driver Stelios come on-time, we visited the Acropolis and city sightseeing with drop-off at plaka for lunch break. Marcela remind to us to purchase the Acropolis tickets before our arrival which is helpful as we manage to get early morning tickets before the weather become too hot.

5.00Pick up was friendly and on time. Our host could not do enough for us and treated us exceptionally well. Flexibility was key and we were given lots of options so the morning suited us exactly. The upshot was that we had the experience of our lifetimes and would not use any other company when visiting Athens.
