4.00Did this trip through Baunti Tours. Met the bus at the tour office as our accommodation was not one of the pick up points. Had 2 mini buses of people and went to 3 different homes - one per course. Seating was at long trestle tables at the first 2 locations and at individual tables at the 3rd drinks could be purchased at the entree house, a glass of wine of juice served at the second and tea/ coffee served at the 3rd. We byo a bottle of wine. Food at each location was excellent and sufficient. A family member at each location chatted with visitors and gave a talk on aspects of their life or family history. All very entertaining. The evening was not rushed and the homes are not very far from each other. The tour lasted about 3 hours. Take a little cash with you as a couple of the homes had items and foodstuffs for sale. Enjoyable evening.

4.00This experience is one that I have never before come across in all my years of travelling. Three courses at three different private properties with a history of each property given by the owners. It is unique in my experience. Unfortunately our tour coincided with a tropical storm hitting the island but regardless it went very well. The staff from Pinetrees tours were very good, funny and accomodating. Food was acceptable given we were 44 persons arriving at once. I would definitely recommend this as a tour to be considered.

5.00Nearly 30 years since our last NI progressive dinner, this one was good fun and had nice food. When he went last time, it featured Pitcairn / Norfolk cuisine which was great - it was a shame this one didn’t include that aspect. Loved “The Pines” as a venue and loved the Tahitian Princess’ storytelling. Deb was a wonderful guide.

5.00Three lovely homes with interesting hosts and great food. The White-titian Princess was great fun and dessert at the old pizza restaurant was my favourite. Thanks to the generous people who welcomed us into their homes.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this night with local hostesses and host. Alison the Tahitian Princess who prepared a very fresh entree had us in fits of laughter. The bus that transported us to Alison’s niece for the main course was comfortable and clean and capably driven Rebecca. Once again the meal was well presented and delicious. Our desert was back in Burnt Pine. It was a delicious , huge sticky date pudding We would highly recommend this experience with Bounti.

5.00The progressive dinner was very good. We were picked up at our accommodation and transported to each home. We were given a beautiful meal and the family spoke about their family and their life on the Island.
Progressive Dinner at local’s home’s is delicious and very informative. Alison is a real comedian character!

5.00We were part of the “FUNSTARS Fun over 50 holiday’s group with Arcadia”. We attended a few tours with Baunti Tours each driver we had was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful assisting on and off the bus. Much appreciated we will be back! K & G Ball of Brisbane Qld Australia.
