  An unforgettable sunset and the best Vietnamese feast in Rhodes! Our group of eight girls recently sailed with Sailing Edisa in Rhodes, and it was simply the highlight of our entire trip! From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Eduard and Chef Isabelle made us feel incredibly welcome, bringing so much joy and positive energy to the whole day. Captain Eduard expertly navigated the stunning coast and took us to the perfect spot to watch the most magical sunset. Paired with perfectly chilled bubbles, it was a dream! The absolute showstopper, however, was the food. Chef Isabelle created a breathtaking dining table curated down to the tiniest detail in true Vietnamese style, complete with fresh flowers and fruits. She prepared what were hands-down the best Vietnamese spring rolls we have ever tasted!If you are looking for an unforgettable luxury experience, look no further. Thank you, Captain Eduard and Chef Isabelle, for an absolutely perfect day! We can’t wait to come back.

  I chose the afternoon sunset cruise with Edisa Sailing, and it was an incredible experience — absolutely ideal for couples and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing and beautiful evening at sea. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was incredibly warm, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the trip. The sailing experience around Rhodes was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that felt peaceful and luxurious at the same time. What truly surprised us was the quality of the food and drinks on board. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — far beyond what you would expect from a sailing cruise. And enjoying champagne while watching the sunset made the whole experience feel even more special 🥂 A special thank you to Isabella and Eduard for their amazing hospitality, kindness, and positive energy throughout the cruise. You can really feel the passion and care behind everything they do. It was not just a boat trip, but a complete experience full of beautiful moments and memories. Highly recommended.

  Deluxe sunset dinner cruise comes highly recommended. Lovely hosts, knowledgeable and professional. Isabella and Captain Edward make a great team. Excellent food with attention to detail and care. Lots of home grown ingredients used in their Mediterranean Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy the homemade Vietnamese jumbo prawn rolls with peanut sauce and homemade beef pho noodle soup to start. Before enjoying fresh jasmine rice and lemongrass spiced chicken with courgettes. The presentation so so pretty! Guests enjoy alongside chilled light dry wine with clean citrus notes served on, as well as lovely sparkling rose champagne style while watching the sunset. Beautiful evening on a fantastic boat around the island of Rhodes. recommend both day cruise and deluxe sunset as a full package for a great day/evening and good value for money.

  I proposed to my girlfriend on sailboat Edisa. We had a great trip with the guidance of Isabelle & Eduard. They served us good cocktails and amazing Viatnamese food. Although it was cold and windy during our trip in January friendship of Isabelle & Eduard warmed our hearts. I highly recommend!
