  We absolutely loved doing the stand up Paddleboarding lesson and tour, it was so much fun and we were all pleasantly surprised that we all got up really quickly - it must be thanks to the expert teacher we had! I went with my family for my birthday and my parents (who are 67 and 70) had no trouble getting up and paddling around. It was a great morning and we definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to go again next time we are in Noosa!

  Loved our lesson and learnt so much. Arrived nervous and unconfident and left feeling like we had half a clue what we were doing and excited to do it again. Thanks John!

  My husband & I booked ourselves and our daughter and a friend for an all day paddle board hire, thinking we'd be out there all day! James very kindly called and asked what we had in mind and he suggested we come in and see how we go before committing to the whole day - even though I'd paid for the whole day. When we arrived, James gave the four of us our lesson and once we were in the water we realised we were being slightly ambitious and that an hour was plenty! James once again, so obliging, refunded us the full day amount we originally paid and just charged us for the hour for the four of us. We'll definitely do it again and build up to maybe hiring one for the whole day! I know I thanked you a thousand times yesterday but thanks again, James!!

• Sunday afternoon kids paddle board session

  I took my daughter and her friends ( all about 12 years ) out on the river for about 1.5 hours on Sunday and they had such a lovely time! Lots of people think winter is too cold for water activities such as this but it was absolutely stunning and the water temp was not cold at all but refreshing! The girls had a great time and we are going to try to water bikes in a few weeks! Great holiday activity or birthday party idea for children. We then all went for an ice cream!

  We had never been stand-up paddle boarding before, so naturally we were a little hesitant. However, our brilliant and very experienced instructor James was patient, helpful, kind, and did we mention patient. Under his expert guidance we soon got the hang of it and off we went down the Noosa river - activating our "cores" the entire way. Had a super morning.....Thank you James!

  James was a great instructor. Very patient and friendly. Him and the boyfriend got on great finding a common interest in drones. Would recommend this activity to everyone!
