Teaching Surf Lessons in Laguna Beach is our greatest passion and we love to share the joy of riding waves with our students. Our expert surf instructors are professionals, results show with first-time surfers almost always riding waves in the first lesson.
Our unique crew of instructors are made of world surf league competitors, true watermen, and world-traveling surfers that teach with an approach that focuses on keeping you safe, having fun, and providing a memory you will never forget.

5.00I had a lesson early in the morning and an instructor was not there at the scheduled time. I quickly was able to get into contact with Ryan who remedied the situation and provide me with the lesson. I appreciated the beach lesson to begin because it gave me an understanding of how to navigate the waves and where to position myself. Ryan on the first wave gave me two things to focus on helping me build my confidence catching a wave. By the end of the lesson I was able to catch waves myself with Ryan helping with timing. I would recommend lessons through California Surf Experience to anyone.

5.00We had two private surf sessions with Alex and had the best time! Alex was very patient and helpful. He introduced us to the board and taught us about positioning and pop-up. We soon entered the water after a quick safety induction and had great fun catching waves. Due to weather conditions, the location for the sessions was changed, so we could still enjoy catching waves and having fun on the boards. Highly recommend!! Also Ryan on the organisational site was amazing and very cooperative.
