After the guided tour inside the cathedral concludes, you’ll be free to head up to the terraces on your own. 2.00I guess there was a change to my tour but neither the emails or app told me what the change was. It turned out it was the time and I never received what the new time was so I missed my tour. I happened to run into the tour guide and her colleague who were able to get me a ticket to go inside the Duomo and on the roof. But I didn't have the tour which I was looking forward to and paid for.

2.00Spectacular building, unfortunately 50% of the exterior was not visible because of undergoing renovations. Viator should make this known to their clients and reduce the price since you don't get full experience. Barbara was a knowledgeable tour guide, but only a 45 minute talking tour for 1 hour 45 minutes experience.

4.00Meeting point well described and easy to find. Explanations well done, tour guide seemed flustered and nervous and her talk sounded rehearsed right out of a book, without any personal or tif bit historical information outside of guide book.

5.00The 1 hr 45 min tour was the perfect amount of time for my family of 4 with two teenagers. Fast enough to keep our attention but provided enough details that we all learned a lot. Fadia was a lovely tour guide, very engaging and knowledgeable. We bought the ticket with rooftop access which was worth the views and seeing more of the beautiful architecture of the spires closer.
