Our guide, Camilla, was a very perky and informed transplant from Colombia/Canada. She knew her history and even emailed us a list of recommendations when the tour was over. The reason for only four stars is that, halfway through, she said we could take a break and get a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We didn’t want anything since we had a big breakfast, but there was no indication that the wine was included in the tour. So, for 20 min., we sat and waited on one side of the plaza while she sat on the other. It didn’t seem to us that she should have needed a break since the tour wasn’t that long. And it seems she should have offered to pay for our wine (or coffee) if it was included. All in all, probably not worth the price.
A tour worth doing in Bordeaux.

Víctor was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and a friendly personality. He showed us many of the highlights of the center of Bordeaux.

He provided fascinating insights at every stop, and kept everyone engaged throughout the tour. It was clear he put a lot of care and effort into making sure everyone felt included and enjoyed themselves. We came away with a much deeper appreciation for the history and culture of the place, all thanks to the excellent guidance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-organised and enjoyable walking tour!

Victor, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of Bordeaux, it’s wine origin, architecture, 300 year rule by Great Britain and the mayor for 50 years that made improvements to the city making it more walkable, bikable and less car traffic.

Emma gave a very thorough tour. We learned much about the history of Bordeaux and enjoyed the entire experience. She was friendly and very informative.
