An amazing experience and very professional, informative and motivated team, equipped with top notch boats, clothing and safety equipment. Breakfast and lunch book-ended a 5 hour whale search mission with the amazing Dassen Island en route with its aggregations of Black Oyster Catchers, White Pelicans, Jackass Penguins and seals, as well as Vondeling Island with its 60,000 fur seals as well as one visiting male elephant seal! En route we saw Storm Petrels darting between the waves and Southern Giant Petrel. The highlight was of course catching up with a supergroup of 20+ Humpback Whales, diving to feed, the surfacing next to the boat repeatedly - incredible!! If you can manage an extended trip on open water then you must join these guys.

The team was very accommodating, took care of everything perfectly and always looked after the well-being of the guests. I felt very safe on board and have been going out to sea exclusively with this team for years. They are the best!!! Thank you

Amazing trip I'd highly recommend, especially photographers! Small groups of people which makes the trip so much nicer. Although we didn't get to see a super group, we saw a lone juvenile Humpback and then a mother with her calf. Plenty of dolphins and birds and a huge sunfish.....worth EVERY penny...nice breakfast and lunch and the crew were excellent 👌🏻

What an amazing day if you’re in Cape Town or anywhere near than get yourself along here it’s about 1.5 hours north. We saw incredible sites ….we saw Whales breaching, fully out of the water about 20 m from the boat ….. whales were swimming underneath. There tails was splashing around. …..It was incredible. …..The boat was new, no worries of sea sickness and it is not a toilet on it . The staff was friendly. they fed his breakfast. They gave us a briefing afterwards they had his lunch. It just is an amazing experience……

An incredible experience! Up close... respectfully... amongst pods of Hump backed whales...Skipper Ash, tour guide Jacques and look out Eric, were highly knowledgeable, professional and client focused. I cannot rate this experience highly enough! Thank you for sharing this soulful, uplifting time on the beautiful, open Atlantic Ocean.

This was the most amazing whale watching experience! I have done a number of whale excursions in different places of the world. This was the most engaging. We were in the middle of 45-50 humpback whales feeding. The boats are large enough to feel safe, but small enough to really be with the whales. Make sure that everyone in your party that gets seasick takes meds - small boats can make for seasick passengers. I would most definitely do it again!

This one-day whale expedition was truly an incredible experience! We encountered a large pod of magnificent humpback whales, which was simply awe-inspiring. We also saw dolphins and a lot of birds on a magical island. The crew were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making the entire journey enjoyable. The transfer from Cape Town was seamless, and Hilton provided insightful commentary about the city and the country, adding an extra dimension to the trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking an unforgettable wildlife encounter!
