Great experience seeing the Blue Mountains. Although the weather was a tad drizzly our guide Rin made the best of the situation and shared her extensive knowledge of the region! She ensured her “Dingos” had a great time! Lunch was a welcome treat and did not disappoint!

Jay was VERY good…gave a lot of knowledge and information! He adapted our trip the best he could with the outside problems(weather, auto accident). Unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative for the entire day.

Four stars instead of five due entirely to the weather and weather related traffic issues which had nothing to do with our excellent knowledgeable and funny tour guide KIT who took what could have been an unbearable trip and turned it into an entertaining adventure.

Axle was very knowledgeable and personable We had a number of problems come up from rainy and foggy weather and a car accident on the freeway and he was innovative in helping us see what we wanted in nature and at the wild animal park despite these challenges. Highly recommend this tour!

Arrive on time or early to the pick up location. Wear comfortable walking shoes or rain boots if weather is calling for rain. There are lots of puddles and your socks will get soaked otherwise. Go with the flow, unexpected things happen such as traffic or weather. Enjoy the experience. Rin was an amazing guide!!!

Would have been a good tour but should have been cancelled and monies refunded or optional days given due to absolutely zero visibility at Scenic World which was the main reason for the tour. The guide Koala (nickname) was excellent and tried to do his best to satisfy but it was obvious it was going to be pointless to try and get any views. Tour operators don’t like to lose income obviously but I’m afraid travelling from the other side of the planet it was extremely disappointing and would have been better if Viator had offered alternatives

What a truly amazing experience this whole day was! Grant, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic in all aspects of the tour from his incredible knowledge to his outstanding personality keeping us entertained and well informed throughout the whole day! 11/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone wanting to do this trip! Despite the weather we still had the best day as a group.

Great day even though the weather wasn’t great. Grant our tour guide gave us the best experience possible. We couldn’t see very much at the scenic park but still worth a visit as the walk through the rainforest still beautiful. Featherdale wildlife park was brilliant and you can just see Australian animals.

Absolutely amazing tour with an incredible guide. The 5 of us chose to do the private tour and Grant was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this tour if you have the chance and do it private if in a small group as it’s much more intimate and personable. The weather wasn’t amazing with it raining and being very foggy but Grant made sure we saw everything we possibly could even going to a different lookout as he knew we would be able to see a view from there but not the original lookout location. You can’t book the weather but definitely book this and still go if it’s raining as they go out of their way to ensure you have a good day still!

Despite the rain and fog up in the Blue Mountains, we had the best experience. Grant, our tour guide, went out of his way to ensure the weather didn’t spoil things for us. If you decide to do this tour I would say the personalised tour is the best to choose. And please choose Featherdale as your animal experience.
