The fortified city of ANGKOR THOM covers an area of 10 square km. Enclosed by a wall and wide moats, the city includes many of Angkor's most popular sights. Enter by the monumental SOUTH GATE over a causeway lined on either side by statues of demons and gods, each carrying a giant naga. Continue to the TERRACE OF THE ELEPHANTS and the TERRACE OF THE LEPER KINGS, former spaces for public ceremonies, both adorned with dramatic bas reliefs. Visit the ruined BAPHUON, ROYAL ENCLOSURE and PHIMEANAKAS before continuing to the mysterious BAYON TEMPLE. In this temple, one of the most popular and compelling in Angkor, explore the galleries of beautifully preserved bas reliefs and ascend narrow stairs to reach the central sanctuary, where you will find giant stone faces smiling enigmatically down at you from every angle. Because of its small size, fairy-like atmosphere and extraordinary examples of Khmer sculpture, this temple is often a favorite with visitors. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Takeo

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, continue the temple tour to Takeo, Thommanon, Chau Say Tevoda, and Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been left relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Its appeal lies in the fact that, unlike the other monuments of Angkor, it was abandoned and swallowed by the jungle, looking very much the way most of the Angkor temples appeared when European explorers first stumbled upon them. (If time permits) After lunch, transfer to Siem Reap International airport for departure to your homeland. Finish the unforgettable trip arranged by Legend Travel Group! Goodbye & see you again! What an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived into Hanoi, we were so well looked after. Danny was fantastic, he sorted out the delivery of our delayed luggage to arrive to the hotel and even sent us photos of our luggage safe in the hotel. Danny kept in touch with us as we travelled down Vietnam & into Cambodia. Flights were booked and boarding passes sent to us. Any flight changes, was greeted with a text from Danny, informing us we all were booked on next flight and had arranged with hotel we could check out later. It was as if Danny was with us the whole time. Our guides, what can I say, were professional, so knowledgeable and recommended super nuggets of restaurants. The amount of information and history shared with us was phenomenal, from our first day in Hanoi to our last in Ho Chi Ming. The restaurants booked as part of our trip, wow! Our guide in Cambodia, again excellent. What a holiday and would highly recommend Legend Tours. Best value, best team. I will be back to both Vietnam & Cambodia and will fit in Laos next time Thank you Danny and the team for a memorable holiday.

Amazing Journey Through Vietnam & Cambodia – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience traveling through Vietnam and Cambodia on a tour organized by Travel Legend. Starting from Hanoi, we explored the charm of the Old Quarter, cruised through the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Long Bay, and wandered peaceful alleys in Hoi An. Crossing into Cambodia, we were amazed by the grandeur of Angkor Wat and the vibrant atmosphere of Siem Reap. The entire journey was smooth, well-organized, and full of cultural richness. Our guides in both countries were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They not only shared historical insights but also helped us connect with local people and traditions. Hotels were clean and comfortable, transportation was punctual, and meals were delicious. This tour gave us a perfect balance of adventure, learning, and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore two beautiful countries in one unforgettable trip!

Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was excellent. We do a lot of traveling and we feel this is the best vacation that we’ve had in at least five years. The trip was very well planned and organized. It allowed us to relax and see most of the highlights in the several cities that were included. Our trip organizer and our guides took care of every detail, including all of our flights, transportation, hotels, and many meals. The email address for the trip organizer is CHANTUNG [email protected]. This is our third trip with Asia Tours.I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future if they offered trips to any destination that we would like to see.

Re the 16 day Riviera Signature Tour of Vietnam and Cambodia My wife and myself went on the Riviera Signature tour of Vietnam and Cambodia (16 days). An amazing holiday! In particular the tour guide SHANE was really brilliant. Shane was ultra organised and had a particular flair for assisting anyone on the tour with particular needs and requests. Thirdly, Shane was - unlike many tour guides we have come across - lacking the excessive 'ego-trip' persona which sadly is a common experience for us over the years in what we see from tour-guides! Shane was friendly, clearly experienced and has the capacity to foresee any problems that might potentially occur, however small, and forewarn us. Shane absolutely made sure everyone on the tour got the very best out of our time in Vietnam and Cambodia. In short, we have been on many tours for over 20 years and Shane is the most professional and effective tour guide we have ever had. Thank you Shane for your energies. You deserve that we share our thoughts with other potential customers!

I was very impressed with Tourradar's flexibility, professional support, and customer-first attitude. Due to my personal preferences and requirements, things got logistically complicated at times and Tony Bui went out of his way to accommodate my requirements with great patience and professionalism. I am so appreciative of his efforts and time to help me out in this respect! Overall, I had a fantastic 5-star experience with Tourradar as a company and Tony Bui in particular and will happily use their services for future trips.

This was our first trip on an organized tour, in the past we've just headed out on our own. It was very nice to have all the transportation set-up, the guides were excellent and met us on time. Hotels were good and we always had enough free time to wander about on our own in each of the places we stayed. One thing for this particular tour and not a critique of Legend Travel Group is we spent a lot of time travelling place to place, it's necessary for the scope of the tour. We would gladly book another tour with Legend Travel Group, we highly recommend them.
