We are very pleased with our trip to Europe on the Red Line > Green Line > Red Line (September 25 to October 8)! It was a privilege to meet Andy the guide (who took us for nine days) who was very affectionate, caring for each group member and always willing to help with all sorts of problems. My wife's voice hurt on the way, and he immediately took out his spare medicine for her, with remarkable results, and was so grateful to him! Andy's knowledge is extensive, the explanations along the way are rich and vivid, the trip is meticulously planned, so that everyone knows exactly what to do next stop, so that everyone is sure of themselves. Andy is the best guide we've ever had in all these years of travel! Thank you very much. Looking forward to meeting Andy again next time Oleo goes!

I just completed a 14-day trip along the Red Line and Green Line routes with GoEuGo, and I must say, these tours are exceptionally well-designed. Every detail is meticulously planned, offering incredible value for a very reasonable price. You get the chance to explore numerous cities and countries without breaking the bank—something I haven’t seen with any other tour operator. I highly recommend GoEuGo to everyone. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Gabor from Hungary, for his caring nature and flawless execution of the trip. We truly enjoyed every moment!

Can only say that felt cheated since I purchased a 14-day tour English guide, but half of the days I was guided in Chinese and im non chinese so of course, didnt understand anything. Paid equally to all the others but even the additional trips like boat trip was also only in Chinese and the guide didnt even bothered to gather those non Chinese to explain about what was going on. They said they informed about the combined language tour in low season but in fact, the “voucher” where that tiny notice was written is provided AFTER the contract was signed and the payment was made. Noone ever mentioned about you might be guided in a different language so yah if u re non Chinese, please be awared of such condition before purchasing the tour. I felt like hell and wanted to quite half way several times. And even when I have all the recordings and alibis they just didnt care enough to respond since the money has already been received. Tbh the tour is not that cost saving considering you have to pay for your own meal, the pros was that u got a chance to go to more locations but with similar cost u could still book land tour for 10 days 9 nights in 5 countries, all meals included. Especially, you understand what they introduce! I was up for a contributive conversation but all that they gave me was refusal and ignorance and asked me to contact various personnel (i was using Data sim which meant i had to topup quite an amount just to call them and received a “you have contacted the wrong person” and “this is not my responsibility, you HAVE TO email this and that and we will see what we can do”… i didnt know that it was my obligation to do this or that when receiving a wrong product, they didnt accept cancellation, not willing to refund or compensate any amount, and not even provided a proper apology. Amongst all scams I never expected such a thing, it wasnt selling a low quality product with silky words, it was merely cheating, you purchased a TOUR not a hotel and coach package, but what you received was a hotel + coach combo and a forceful Chinese class was given for free which you cannot refuse for 8 days out of the 14 days. Not only when the guide talked but also during his rest time, a medieval themed with white casts was played repeatedly and the funny thing was that, it was voiced over in Chinese! So my day was full of the Chinese speaking voice everywhere, no matter the fact that half of the members in our group were non Chinese speaking customers. I am ready to proceed a sue to the head company even when the amount was too small to make such a scene, but the fact that they still advertise everywhere, proudly claimed themselves as best tour organizers and only provided false feedbacks hiding the ugly truth behind, still managed to sell tickets to the non-chinese speaking ppl, was not acceptable. If this was a rare case then they would have apologized properly, but even when I contacted them for this issue since my 4th day, now that I finished my 14 days tour for quite a while already, still not a sincere apologize received. Entrusting time to this company was my greatest mistake ever, hopefully non of you would fall into the similar situation without acknowledging. Please bear in mind that most of their tours are operated in Europe, a land of which not many countries speak English, so if you re travelling by urself then it would be quite a struggling time. And with a support like none from the ppl not speaking ur language, why dont just choose 1 or 2 favourite place and book transportation and hotel fees, at least you are not forced to travel in high speed and have to listen to a strange language the whole day. It was torturing, if I might say.

Our whole family (3 adults and one child) have booked your 14 days’ tour group departing at Paris on 14 oct 2023. The hotel in Luxembourg at the first day has newly painted and has great smells in the arranged room for me. I have brought a 3 years old child, thus I asked the tour guider(鄢祥 Charles)to exchange an hotel room without big smell. The tour manager told me the hotel is full, we should stay in the arranged room or else we will sleep in the lobby. Except that the tour manager had done nothing but showed a very bad attitude toward our whole family, this has been recorded as the attachment. However, the second day after I checked again with the hotel manager, they confirmed the newly painting and confirmed there are 19 rooms available that night. I attached the email letter between me and the manager of Luxembourg hotel. So obviously, the tour manager has cheated us. Except that, the tour manager collected the two days’ Gratuity at the noon of the first day, that is violating the rules about the gratuity. Because of the bad attitude of this tour manager, and obviously the quality of hotel is not delivered as the commitment, I asked for the feedback about the lateral hotel, such as whether they have painted recently, if they can give me this information and confirmed no problem, I will continue join the tour group, however, no anywhere gives me such feedback. I called your EMERGENCY PHONE NL: +31 - 64344 8738 the night of October 14, there’s no answer the night when the thing happens. And the day of October 15,I called again and the front desk said they will record and the corresponding department will give feedback. How, no any feedback receives until today.

This was an extremely well organized trip tour. Our guide was Simon and he's the best. He speaks 5 languages considering this a Chinese tour company with mostly Chinese tourist I was a little worried. But there was zero issues. For the price you get to see and experience so much. The hotels were all pretty nice the only one I didn't like was the one we stayed in in Paris. But that's just how Paris is its too expensive. The majority of the time I felt there was plenty of time at each stop, just a couple that I would have liked more. One thing that you should know. The hotels will be outside of the city's so if you're planning on going out at night that's not really going to happen. You load the bus each morning at 750am and reach the hotels each night by 8pm. But there's nothing near the hotels. Sometimes there's not even a gas station. But your guide will tell you ahead if time. Even with that we had a great time and will probably book with them again. Met some really nice people, thanks again Simon.

With so few reviews compared to other companies, I was hesitant to book with goEUgo. Nevertheless, just looking at the price versus the itinerary, this was a great value, on paper. We had plenty of time at each site to enjoy the spectacle. There is about two thousand years-worth of architecture, cathedrals, etc to see. Being able to see "everything" would require much more time than a two-week tour. It's called a "Taste of Europe" after all. The pace of the tour seemed very reasonable; get in, leisurely walk around for a while with the guide explaining the site, take plenty of pictures, ask some questions, take a second look around to "take in everything" and move on. Truthfully, I didn't want to sit and meditate at each site or anything like that. To their credit, they do take you to all the significant sites you would want to see, and more. Just look at that itinerary. They catered to everyone in the group. Some people wanted to see the historical and significant buildings and sites. Others wanted to hit the bars and social scene. A third group wanted to go shopping at all the world famous shopping locales in Paris, Milan, and Rome, for example. The tour had extra guides on certain days and was able to arrange for all three groups to be able to visit the places they wanted to see. I had a checklist of everything I wanted to visit and that tour hit them all. Thinking back on it now, there's not much reason for me to revisit those countries because we already made stops at all the famous sites. You want pictures? I came back home with almost 5,000 pictures of all the places we visited. My son's social media pages exploded with all the comments from his friends and schoolmates about the selfies he posted at all the locations. Some days, the battery on my camera died because I took so many photos. We visited a lot of sites. The tour guide was awesome. He probably spoke at least 5 languages fluently, and specific to the countries that we visited. Being a history buff myself, I asked tons of questions about the countries, buildings, monuments, histories, and their pronunciations. He was able to answer all my questions and used the native language pronunciations, so I could impress my friends later. :) They made it like I was on a tour with good friends, not just a tour guide. When it was time to go home, my son teared up because he said he missed the tour guys who had become like close friends over the two weeks we were there together. I was so happy that goEUgo made it such a memorable father and son bonding experience. It was a trip worth a lifetime of great memories.
