I only wanted to spend a few sunny hours in Oxford on my own so I thought the best way is to join a walking tour. Get the insight information and that's what Simon provided. The tour is only 1.5 hours long but Simon gave me so many tips on what to see next that I am definitely going back for more. Loved the detail description of architectural facts. The stories of getting into the colleges and his enthusiasm for making the walk memorable. Mind you don't expect to do much walking. The main sights are in a very close proximity. I would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved our Tour of Oxford with Jonathan from Oxford Walking Tours! As a former Oxford student himself, he made the university and even different colleges come alive for us with so many fascinating details and history. We loved learning so much about CS Lewis (as ours was also a CS Lewis tour) and his life at Oxford and Magdalene College. We highly recommend this tour and Jonathan to anyone interested in digging deeper into the rich history of Oxford.
