Your driver in Jinan will pick you up from your accommodation in Jinan, and transfer you to Jinan Railway Station. Take the bullet train to Zhengzhou.( 4 hours) Upon arrival, meet your local tour guide. Heading directly to Shaolin Temple, which will takes about 1.5 hours. Once arrive at Shaolin Temple, enjoy a delicious lunch first, then you will first witness the real Kungfu performed by Shaolin monks. Then stroll around the halls and courtyards with your tour guide, get to know the histories and related stories about Shaolin Temple - culture, people and soul.

Pagoda Forest of Shaolin Temple

Next, explore the Pagoda Forest which is a concentration of tomb pagodas for eminent monks and abbots of the temple. There are more than 240 tomb pagodas of various sizes from the Tang, Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties (618-1911), making it the biggest pagoda forest in China.

Shaolin Zen Music Ritual

Check in your hotel at Shaolin Temple village, rest or wonder around to see the Children learning Kungfu in the nearby school. Your guide and driver will pick you up again, then heading to the foot of Daixianshan Valley to enjoy the amazing show of The Zen Music Shaolin Ceremony. The night show is a real-scene musical extravaganza featuring music, dance, light and Shaolin kung fu. Live chants by monks of Shaolin Temple, fabulous stage effect and soothing Zen music constitute to a marvelous artistic work integrating culture, history and nature. After the show, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Sanhuang Village Scenic Resort

After breakfast in your hotel, meet your tour guide then explore the Shanhuang Village Resort. Take the cable car up to the starting point of a completely amazing sky road, you will enjoy the peaceful, mystical, surprising and unique experience, then walk to the temple. Along the way, sometime you may see some Kungfu practice. Enjoy a delicious vegetarian meal next to the Yongtai Temple which is the first Buddhist nunnery temple in China. After your exciting tour finished, you can choose to be transferred back to your hotel in Jinan or Zhengzhou. You can choose to finish your tour at Shaolin Temple and travel to next destination on your own.
