We offer free pick-up from hotels in Wulingyuan near East Gate of the National Forest Park or downtown Zhangjiajie, beyond which there will be an extra charge. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. And make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you will be refused entry by the scenic areas.
Group Size: About 12 people. There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we will make proper arrangements.

What To Expect
Zhangjiajie Forest Park: Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, Hallelujah Mountain, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at the time previously agreed with you. Then let's set off to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. For your convenience, you can book a hotel near the East Gate of the Park.
BaiLong Elevator
After entering, your guide will first escort you to take the Bailong Elevator, the world’s tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift, to the summit.
Coming out of the elevator, you’ll reach Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. See the Hallelujah Mountain, which was the inspiration for the floating mountain in the sci-fi movie ‘Avatar’, and also the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and No.1 Bridge under Heaven. You are recommended to have a hearty breakfast at hotel and take some snacks for lunch, or try local spicy dishes here at your own expense.
Hop on the eco-bus of the park to Yangjiajie, where dozens of rolling peaks capped with pines stand parallel and resemble a row of Natural Great Wall.
Tianzi Mountain
Let’s take a shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain, known as “an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland”, and a perfect site to see the sea of clouds. Descend the mountain by cable car and return to your hotel with guide accompanied.
Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain
The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up and we’ll drive around 40 minutes to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon for the visit.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
The most thrilling thing that will welcome you is the world’s highest and longest transparent Glass Bridge that spans the canyon. Be brave to walk on it to experience the feeling of strolling in the air while beholding the stunning panorama.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
In the afternoon, let's set out to Tianmen Mountain to admire the most celebrated Tianmen Cave (Heaven's Gate), take the round-trip sightseeing ropeway and the 7-level escalator, and challenge on Glass Skywalk (shoe cover expense included).
Zhangjiajie
At the end of the tour, your guide will escort you back to your hotel. Note: A private tour of this trip will be offered exclusively for you if you are a party of 7 people or more.

5.00The day at Mount Tianmen and the Glass Bridge was exceptional. The second day seemed superfluous. The same activity without a guide would have been even more complicated during Golden Week.

4.00Getting the downside out the way first, this is expensive relative to other Chinese tours. Zhangjiajie is generally expensive though and especially so when I went, during national holiday week. Plenty of upsides though. First of all you do get all the main sites covered and have plenty of time to see everything you'd likely want to see. The guides were excellent, Phoenix and Tracey were very savvy and knew where to go and, crucially in a location that is absolutely heaving with tourists at certain points during the day, when to go. On the first day it was a relief seeing the queues we could have been in had we not taken Phoenix's advice to quickly skip the glass bridge initially to go down the canyon zip line and then return to the bridge later, where we had little crowding and plenty of time to see the bridge. Had I gone on my own there's no way I'd have gotten out of there before the end of the day! Transport was spot on, hotel pick-up and drop-offs very timely. Thoroughly enjoyed my time.
