We offer free pick-up from hotels in Wulingyuan near East Gate of the National Forest Park or downtown Zhangjiajie, beyond which there will be an extra charge. Please be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.
Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. And make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you will be refused entry by the scenic areas.
Group Size: About 12 people. There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we will make proper arrangements.
Departures are guaranteed with three persons.

What To Expect
Zhangjiajie Forest Park: Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, Hallelujah Mountain, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at the time previously agreed with you. Then let's set off to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. For your convenience, you can book a hotel near the East Gate of the Park.
BaiLong Elevator
After entering, your guide will first escort you to take the Bailong Elevator, the world’s tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift, to the summit.
Coming out of the elevator, you’ll reach Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. See the Hallelujah Mountain, which was the inspiration for the floating mountain in the sci-fi movie ‘Avatar’, and also the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and No.1 Bridge under Heaven. You are recommended to have a hearty breakfast at hotel and take some snacks for lunch, or try local spicy dishes here at your own expense.
Hop on the eco-bus of the park to Yangjiajie, where dozens of rolling peaks capped with pines stand parallel and resemble a row of Natural Great Wall.
Tianzi Mountain
Let’s take a shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain, known as “an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland”, and a perfect site to see the sea of clouds. Descend the mountain by cable car and return to your hotel with guide accompanied.
Visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain
The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up and we’ll drive around 40 minutes to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon for the visit.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
The most thrilling thing that will welcome you is the world’s highest and longest transparent Glass Bridge that spans the canyon. Be brave to walk on it to experience the feeling of strolling in the air while beholding the stunning panorama.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
In the afternoon, let's set out to Tianmen Mountain to admire the most celebrated Tianmen Cave (Heaven's Gate), take the round-trip sightseeing ropeway and the 7-level escalator, and challenge on Glass Skywalk (shoe cover expense included).
Zhangjiajie
At the end of the tour, your guide will escort you back to your hotel. Note: A private tour of this trip will be offered exclusively for you if you are a party of 7 people or more.

5.00Amazing experience! Really loved the 2-day tour in Zhangjiajie. First day we went to the Avatar Mountain and the views were absolutely stunning. Our guide Emilia, was great! Very organized, helpful and enthusiastic, speaks great english. Second day, we went to the Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain with Nina, very cute girl. Highly recommend!
Very busy 2 days! Stunning views, lots of walking but a great experience. Big shout out to Phoenix and Liz our guides!

5.00This 2 day tour was excellent and the views we saw were incredible. Some useful tips before you go. 1- Don’t forget your passport! 2-Ladies- take tissues with you for the toilet! 3- Wear good shoes and socks- there is a lot of walking especially on Day 1 (Avatar mountains) 4- Take a small packable waterproof even if it says it will not rain! 5- If you get travel sick make sure you sit at the front of any shuttle bus. The bus drives very fast around many winding roads! 6- Wear a bright coloured jacket or shoes (especially if you have kids with you) It is incredibly busy and very easy to lose each other in the crowds. 7- There are many food stalls along the way but take small snacks with you. There is a main lunch stop with food stalls and a burger restaurant. Be aware that there is a fast shuttle bus after! 8- Day 2 -(Glass bridge) the zip wire experience only allows people on it if you weigh between 30-90kg. Day 1 (Avatar Mountains) This was a full on day so be prepared! The views are stunning and our tour guide Liz was lovely. It was incredibly busy and VERY noisy but you get used to it. There are many places to take photos even if you think you missed a chance to take one. This day is none stop and much more fast paced than Day 2 but our 11 year old was absolutely fine. Day 2 - Glass Bridge and Tianmen Mountain. Our Tour guide Phoenix was so lovely and gave us a lot of information and had a great sense of humour too. This day was really great. Less busier and more interactive things to do. We went to the glass bridge first and then did a VR hot air balloon experience which was really cool. Then continued onto the zip wire (which you pay extra for) you can then use a slide to get back down (we all found this quite difficult as your shoes stick to the floor) Next a short boat ride and then back to the glass bridge if you want to. Next back to the coach to drive to Tianmen Mountain and a lunch stop along the way. The cable car up was great and the walk to Tianmen Mountain was beautiful. We were lucky that the mountain was clear and we had great weather. You can opt to walk up the 999 steps which we did, or get an escalator to the top. More stunning views at the top and then finally a 30 minute cable car which was really lovely. The queue for the cable car took a while but there are seats in the line the closer you get. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this trip and all agreed that we enjoyed Day 2 more. If you aren’t to bothered about seeing the Avatar mountains then the one day at Tianmen mountain will still tick your box of amazing views and a great experience.

5.00I had a marvellous trip with Nina as our second day of this tour! The glass canyon bridge was really impressive! My favourite part of the tour was Mt Tianmen! We walked the 999 stairs the took so many escalators to the very top! Then we rode the cable car the longest I have ever seen! This day was dynamic with so many forms of transport - it really was a fun filled adventure & Nina was a wonderful host - I highly recommend her and this trip!

5.00Emilia and Daniel were both amazing as our tour guides. Emilia handled the first day, and Daniel the second. Their english was great and they gave a lot of info about the culture and the mountains. We were nicely guided from mountain to mountain. It really helped see everything!
