Murchison Falls is the ultimate wilderness get-away (no cities for miles) and there aren’t many other tourists. I was so delighted to find a 2-day/1-night safari tour, since my daughter and I had limited time before traveling with friends in Uganda. We had a truly marvelous experience at Murchison Falls with Stephen. He was an expert driver as well as very knowledgeable about the animals throughout the park. We loved the beauty and power of the top of the Falls! Prepare to get a little wet! The river boat safari was fantastic! We saw crocodiles, elephants, hippos, giraffes, and birds. The game drive in the park near sunset was a memory we’ll always treasure. Giraffes, water buffaloes, elephants, and other wonderful animals were just yards away from us! We stayed at the lovely Paraa Lodge—highly recommend this accommodation. (I will review separately on TripAdvisor.) I HIGHLY recommend this tour package! Try to get Stephen as your guide!
