I don't like leaving negative reviews, but book with this provider at your own risk. They didn't show up to the hotel to pick us up, then did not respond when we communicated. Ultimately we called them 10 times and they finally picked up. Then, they said twice that they would follow up, but didn't. They were completely non-communicative, the only time we communicated was when we reached out to them. They did process the refund quickly, which was nice, but we had to extend our hotel one day due to their no-show, which was an additional expense that they caused.

The tour guide was a no show. He claimed he offered me a one day tour, no, he sent me a ticket and I replied I had booked a 2 day tour for 29th June and that I couldn’t do the date he offered. I have lost £700 if I couldn’t do his alternative date then, the tour should have been cancelled and refunded. £700 is a lot of money to lose. Please do not book with this company

We were given a 5.40 pick up time. Up at 5. We waited but after a no show we called the 24 hour line. No answer. We waited until 7 as the Viator time showed 6.30 pick up. Still no answer. We gave up and focussed on getting our money back from Viator. Eventually at 7.49 he sent us a What’s App to say Sorry no go today! Shocking communication that left us struggling to find accommodation and missing 2 days holiday.

I 1000% recommend doing this 2 day mikumi safari experience, the communication from the moment we booked was perfect, we was also treated like royalty the moment we was picked up from the airport. The first day was amazing we saw elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, antelopes and then on the second day we saw hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, monkeys. Our stay at camp Bastian was very nice and the food was 10/10. Overall this experience was amazing and we definitely recommend it to anyone.
