What To Expect
Experience the thrill of adventure on a two-hour quad ride from the scenic Lalla Takerkoust Lake to the captivating Agafay Desert. This experience combines stunning landscapes, local culture, and pure excitement, making it a perfect escape from the city. Your adventure begins at Lalla Takerkoust, where your guide will provide a short safety briefing and explain how to handle your quad. Once ready, you’ll set off across varied terrain, riding from the edge of the lake into the rocky trails of the Agafay Desert. Along the way, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and enjoy the dramatic views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Midway through the journey, take a well-deserved break in a traditional desert bivouac and enjoy a glass of Moroccan mint tea. It’s the perfect moment to relax, take in the peaceful surroundings, and chat with your guide about the region’s culture and history. On the return trip, you’ll follow a scenic route back toward Lalla Takerkoust, passing along the lake for a beautiful finish to your ride.

5.00Exactly what I wanted out of our experience! I booked this with my friend (both American, late 20s), we booked this rather than the excursion that included the camel ride and dinner, etc because we wanted a fun ride rather than riding slowly with a big group and staying out in Agafay all afternoon, and it was great. Khalid was our guide - he knows the way perfectly and made sure. Definitely a thrilling experience but not one I would do if you don’t have experience riding ATV’s. The only downside I would include is that the driver switched the pickup spot on us last second and then left before we got there so we had to chase the van down the street. Thankfully due to the nature of traffic in Marrakech we caught up to them, but almost missed out on the entire experience - so don’t be late! Anyways would highly recommend.

5.00Super well arranged in terms of transport. Quad biking was breathtaking and we had some driving lessons beforehand. There were plenty of parts where the speed could be increased a bit. I would definitely recommend doing this here

5.00Me and my boyfriend went on the 2 hour quad bike ride in the Agafay desert and it was an amazing experience! Our guide Ibrahim was fantastic, very friendly and experienced and spoke really good English! Would recommend this trip to anyone, amazing views 😊

5.00Fabulous day out for a couple of hours on quad bikes. 5 of us went (2 adults with elders teens) and we had a really good two hours. Our guide was wonderful and instructive and best of all, didn’t kick up a fuss about our autistic son having a good stint on the bike - highly recommended!
