5.00To my delight, the food, atmosphere, and the Taiwanese people were all so incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a greater experience! I had the BEST food ever. It happened to be a holiday weekend, so the night market was probably more lively than normal, but it made my experience even better. My guide, May Ei, was such a pleasurable person who clearly loves her job and her country. I’ll definitely be back Taiwan!

3.00Our guide was very nice, but didn't know much about the market and food options. While she was pleasant to be around, we were hoping for someone who could help us maximize our experience, taking us to the must-visit stalls and helping us avoid boring ones. We didn't feel she had a great knowledge of the landscape or which vendors were located where.

4.00Great experience , Joseph is very knowledgeable and gives you lots of information about the foods to try. We were lucky it ended up being a VIP private tour as there were no other guests . He also took us to the rainbow bridge which was so pretty and calm . Just note that this tour does not include food which i only realised a few hours before the booking started so may seem expensive ( other tours include food in the price) . Nevertheless I think if it’s your first time in Taiwan and you want to navigate the night markets this is a good investment on info you can use on all markets.
