• NO BOAT! 100 yd walk with all your gear!

  Very nice owners who were friendly and inviting! Nice small shop conveniently located near my hotel. They picked me up right on time! However, be prepared to do EVERYTHING yourself if you rent their gear. The Dive guide was a little apprehensive to help even with small tasks like securing my tank to the vest, zipping your skin (got help from other diver) defog spray (over there) assistance. It's the little things we like! ATTENTION......THERE IS NO BOAT! Make sure you are in good shape to walk after you get fully geared up with your tank and mask & fins in hand about 100 yards from their shop across a busy street, parking lot, sand and into the ocean. Owner was kind enough to carry my tank, and I had to put my fins on at the beach and walked backwards. Got a hand from the photographer as the guide was very busy tending to ropes we had to duck upon entering the ocean. NOT MY IDEAL DIVE. We descended to only 40 ft and saw many small fish....a typical beginners dive. Was constantly asked about my air and ended up with half a tank when we were done. Short dive. I was so disappointed and wasn't looking forward to traveling back across the street, get a new tank and walking back to do the second tank that I decided to skip and try a different company in the afternoon. Great people who seem to want you to have a good time but be prepared to take care of your gear and walk about 400 yards fully geared.

  We went on two shore dives with Luci today and enjoyed the calm dives along the great housemreef. We met some turtles, squid, a seahorse and lots of fish. Luci did a great job introducing us to the dive site and guiding us. The Dive Bus has a perfect location, spotless gear and superb service. We wouldn't go elsewhere for our next Curacao dives.

  Excellent experience for a one day two tank dive from our cruise ship voyage. Very professional & responsive. Great set up area and shop. Expert relaxed guiding by Lucy, so relaxed I got an hour out of each tank with loads to spare. The two "house reefs" are in good condition and make for a great dive. Longer visits, the Dive Bus will be brought into play. The only thing to factor in is they can't pick you up at the cruise port (unlike Aruba & Bonaire dive shops) so budget around $60/70 for the return trip if you're on a cruise ship.   Amazing dive centre. This is my second time visiting The Dive Bus (which says enough in itself) and I would most definitely return. The dives are so relaxed and there's loads to see, the dive guides know their stuff and are always happy to help and answer any questions you might have. Sylvia was my guide and she was super friendly, always had a smile and took the dive at a really peaceful pace. This time I visited with a friend who did the DSD experience and was really nervous about diving and she was put at ease and also had nothing but good things to say about the centre, instructor and dive itself. I'd 100% recommend this dive centre.

  Perfect. The numbers strengthen this significantly. Clean profile, controlled depth, conservative deco stress. That reflects well on you and the operation. Here’s the tightened, high-credibility version: ⸻ The Dive Bus – Curaçao I had an excellent two-tank dive experience with The Dive Bus exploring Pierbaai Reef and the Car Pile. First dive: 60 ft max depth, 42 minutes, warm 80–82°F water, relaxed depth profile with controlled ascent. Second dive: 66 ft max depth, 47 minutes, similarly smooth profile and conservative deco exposure (16% deco stress on both dives). The sites offer a great mix — healthy reef structure at Pierbaai and the unique artificial habitat of the Car Pile, now fully integrated into the ecosystem and attracting solid fish life. Visibility was strong and conditions were ideal. A special thank you to my dive master, Sylvia. She was professional, calm, and safety-focused from briefing to exit, while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Underwater she managed the group well, monitored air and positioning without hovering, and allowed experienced divers the space to enjoy the dive. That balance is rare and appreciated. Logistics were seamless. Clear communication, efficient setup, relaxed but structured surface interval. The operation takes safety seriously and clearly cares about reef protection. I would absolutely dive with them again — and would gladly request Sylvia as my guide.

  We had one refresher course, a four person guided dive of Pierbaai reef and Car Pile, and a 2 tank dive at Kokomo beach. The Dive Bus crew was very professional and helpful, but also a lot of fun!

  ​I highly recommend The Dive Bus for anyone visiting Curaçao on a cruise. We arrived late on the Oasis of the Seas (9:30 AM), but the shop coordinated everything perfectly. We didn't feel rushed at all. Our guide, Collin, was waiting for us and provided a top-tier experience at Pierbaai Reef and the Car Pile. ​The diving was very relaxed. Visibility was outstanding, which was perfect for my Insta360. Collin has a great eye for marine life and pointed out several unique critters we would have otherwise missed. The water temperature was a comfortable 81°F. This is a professional, eco-friendly operation that truly understands cruise logistics. Ask for Collin!

  This shop is super chilled and fun. I did four days of diving with 3 different guides and they were all relaxed, friendly, and great conversationalists (even sharing insights re the island and great places to visit and eat - thank you especially to Collin!). They took some awesome pictures underwater and shared them - with no extra charge. Front office people are very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend giving The Dive Bus a try!!! Thank you all for a great week!!!

  Very friendly staff. This is a small dive operation right outside of Willemstad. I wish the sight was more scenic or rural. The home reef and dive sights were just okay to us. They are very helpful with less experienced divers. I wish they were more flexible with their cancellation policy.
