When visiting the chocolate capital of the world, don't just eat sweet treats—learn to make your own gourmet cocoa treats during a chocolate workshop in Brussels. Starting from scratch, create the two most typical types of Belgian chocolate—pralines and mendiants—with the help of a professional instructor. Learn easy and authentic methods you can mimic in your own kitchen, and finish with handcrafted dark chocolate treats to take home in a box.

You will learn how to make Belgian pralines and mendiants. We teach you how to temper the chocolate, work with the chocolate molds, make the ganache, and prepare the pralines from start to finish. You also get to drink hot chocolate while we wait for your creations to be ready to take away. We offer a nice selection of nuts and dried fruits for the mendiants, and a variety of fillings for the pralines in addition to the ganache. We also offer vegan options, you just have to request them upon arrival.
