It is hard to describe in words how impressive the gorilla trekking it is, but most definitely recommended. The safari was well organized, with pick-ups from the airport, lovely accommodations with idyllic views, good food and great service. The drive from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest was very long, but the roads are mostly good, the car comfortable and the driver very skilled. The trekking itself is also well-organized. There is a good preparation session and instruction, and help is offered. It can be a bit challenging, the hike in the forest, so be prepared for muddy and slippery adventures. However, it is definitely worth it to see your self surrounded with the mountain gorillas. They observe you and keep an eye on you, but simultaneously seem unbothered and continue with their daily activity: eating and playing.

Our gorilla trekking safari was absolutely spectacular. The organization was impeccable: from the selection of comfortable and charming accommodations, to the delicious food we enjoyed each day. I want to highlight especially Twaha, whose kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience even more special. He always kept an eye on us, sharing his knowledge and passing on his passion for nature and local culture. I recommend this experience to everyone. Not only for the impressive encounter with the gorillas, but also for the care and dedication of the entire team. A journey to remember all your life!

I had a great experience traveling to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with my guide Twaha. He told me a lot about Uganda, its culture, its main tourist attractions, interesting facts about what we saw along the way and always watching if something was missing or needed. I totally recommend it!
