What To Expect
Join us on one of the most beautiful trails in Egypt and create memories you cannot forget. We will hike through the heights St. Catherine's trails with trips , which is an old path for pilgrims and an old dwelling for Bedouin tribes, to see the most beautiful scenery and enjoy the bedouin storys, culture and traditions. We will hike the high summits, walk through the old valleys, get up the bolder and visit the old gardens the bedouins use to stayed before.

5.00A fantastic few days hiking with Ahmed and his team. We were on our honeymoon and looking for the perfect alternative experience to combine with our itinerary of the pyramids and the coast. This hike was what we were seeking. Ahmed was communicated with us beforehand, proving support and information about the equipment we would need and even helped out with the bits we didn't have. The group was great fun and we had a great time hiking with them. The team also made sure we could all walk to our pace and the group had great cohesion. Must mention the food, cooked fresh each day as we stopped for lunch in the middle of our hike. Recommended this to all. 3 days did us well. Thanks Ahmed,our Italian, French and Spanish hiking buddies, and thanks Egypt. Blessings Peter 🙏🏿

5.00Ahmed and his staff were helpful and kind, always ready to ask how we were doing and if their delicious typical foods were to our liking, continuously prepared various types of hot tea, made us immerse ourselves in their millenary Bedouin culture, showed us an infinite number of breathtaking views, every evening set up a cozy camp, warm by the fire, with colorful pillows and blankets and with their fantastic stories

5.00Truly one of the best trips of my life. Ahmed and the rest of our Bedouin hosts were the most welcoming people and the experience of spending time off-grid in the mountains around St Catherine was unforgettable. It’s an incredibly beautiful hiking area and Ahmed uses trails where you’re unlikely to see other people - we had the mountains pretty much to ourselves the whole time. Camping in the Bedouin gardens was a particular highlight, as was sitting around the campfire each night learning about the Bedouin way of life and the jebeleya tribe’s connection to the mountains. By the end of our 3-4 days in the mountains, I’d never felt so relaxed. I also really appreciated this tour company’s ‘leave no trace’ sustainability principles. Logistics were very smooth and all trip organisation was handled very professionally.

5.00I returned a few days ago from a wonderful 3-day trek with my children Andrea and Tancredi (aged 7 and 11). Hamed, Hussain and the boys who carried our equipment on dromedaries are wonderful people. Hamed is an exceptional guide who knows the Sinai mountains like the back of his hand. His stories reveal his deep love for these mountains. I am a great lover of plants and I loved his explanations about the plants we found along the way. Reaching the summit of Mount Saint Catherine on a 3-day trek is the most beautiful experience you can have in the Sinai Mountains, both for the wonderful landscapes you will see and because you will most likely not meet anyone else, as happened to us! We were completely alone and disconnected from the world! Just nature and beautiful human relationships. It is a fairly challenging trek, not for everyone. You need to be fit and used to walking many kilometres on various types of trails. For us, it was very enjoyable because we live in the mountains and love walking. My children could have walked for another week! We will be back soon, ciao Hamed!

We really appreciated your knowledge and the way you shared stories about the local culture, history, and nature. It was both interesting and inspiring. Your English is very good, which made communication easy and enjoyable. We were two friends traveling together, and you adapted the trip perfectly to our pace and wishes. 5.00First of all, the trip itself was absolutely incredible. The scenery is just magical, and the mountains have this amazing way of touching your spirit. It was truly a transformative experience. And as for Ahmed Moussa and his team, they were simply outstanding. They really knew what they were doing and took great care of all of us, making the whole hike feel safe and enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend anyone considering a trip like this to go with Ahmed. 5.00Genuinely a renovating experience. Very attentive and accommodative guides who were always focused and ready for anything. Awesome trip for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Saint Catherine's mountains at their own pace, not once have I felt rushed or that I'm on a tight-scheduled touristic holiday. I went on my own, but returned feeling more connected with myself, the group, and the place more than ever. I also definitely felt safer that the whole experience was led by Bediouns who know their city better than anyone. For a 3-day hike you wouldn't expect much in regards to the food & stays, but they have definitely surpassed these expectations by their delicious and nourishing meals throughout the day in addition to the comfortable stays (as good as it can get in a desert though). Highly recommended🤩🤩🙌🏻
