Petra - Wadi Musa
Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning pick-up from the hotel lobby and drive about 2.5 hours via the Desert Highway to Petra, Jordan’s most iconic attraction and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Petra was established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe that settled here. With an advanced water system, the city thrived, and the Nabateans built a commercial empire extending into Syria, controlling major caravan routes. Meet your private guide at the Visitor Center and begin the tour on foot or horseback through the Siq, a narrow canyon with votive niches. At its end stands the stunning Treasury (Al Khazneh). Continue to the Street of Facades, Royal Tombs, and Pharaoh’s Castle. Enjoy free time before returning to Petra’s gate to meet your driver and drive 1.5 hours to Wadi Rum for overnight, dinner, and breakfast.

Jordan? That was the question I made to myself when I saw the map to decide a Holiday destination. The answer was yes, fully backed up with the experience of sightseeing its most popular places such as Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. When you travel across the country, you will find amazing people, places you would not imagine they would be like that and a variety of jaw-dropping landscapes. The tour is 100% worth to take, the local guides are super professional and helpful and our driver/guide throughout the 3 days , Yazoon, did a fantastic job! Totally recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Jordan Horizon Tours! Everything was very well organized, and our driver Hisham was always punctual and helpful. Traveling with two children can be challenging, but the trip was smooth and comfortable throughout. We truly enjoyed floating in the Dead Sea, exploring Petra with our amazing guide Sami, and watching the beautiful sunset in Wadi Rum. It was a memorable journey, and we would definitely recommend Jordan Horizon Tours to anyone visiting Jordan!

Our family had a wonderful trip to Jordan organized by Aida, who handled everything with great care and professionalism. Nizar, our tour guide, was truly exceptional. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia very well, explained every site with sharp historical detail, and often offered us tea or coffee along the way. His kindness touched us deeply, especially when he helped carry our small child during walks. Said, our driver, was always attentive and caring, driving us safely from Amman to Mount Nebo, the Dead Sea, Wadi Rum, and Petra. He even helped us collect water from Prophet Musa’s spring, and kept the car comfortable with Qur’an recitations and smooth Wi-Fi access. It was a memorable journey filled with beauty, history, and warm hospitality. Thank you, Aida, Nizar, and Said, for making our family trip to Jordan truly special and unforgettable!

Jordan Horizon Tours put together an excellent itinerary including informative specialist tour guides and Andrea in their office was very helpful in putting together a schedule that fitted our requirements. We were looked after really well from pick up to drop off by our driver Mustafa. We loved the drive south, through desert, over snowy mountains and down into the valley at Petra. Visiting the ancient city ruins there was a high light. Our memorable day finished in the beautiful desert at Wadi Rum, staying in a Bedouin camp. Take plenty of warm clothes but an experience not to be missed. Exploring the desert by jeep, driving through the Jordan valley to the Dead Sea gave more opportunities to see the variety in this lovely country. We can’t wait for the chance to return and see more. Would 100% recommend Jordan Horizon Tours.

This tour was amazing for us 2 females travelling. Included visa, most meals, all accommodation, driver, entrance to all sites. We only needed money for souvenirs, a few bottles of water and only 1 of our evening meals. All tour guides very knowledgeable and everything was impeccably organised. We also got options along the way for times and if we wanted to squeeze in extra places. We did Jesus’ Baptism Site, Dead Sea Resort, Petra, camping in wadi rum and jeep tour in wadi rum. Pick up and drop off from airport and visa was all done so quickly. Definitely worth the money. We only had a short time and this tour was perfect! 10/10. Would recommend.

Such spectacular places to visit. Mohammed our main driver was outstanding, always communicating well, providing the details we needed and a great sense of humour as a bonus. Our tour guide Bassil at Petra was knowledgeable and accommodating. Our desert driver was also really excellent, even introducing us to his family for a traditional Bedouin tea. Some small logistics could have been a little better, however overall fantastic value for money and a bunch of life-long memories created.

We booked the 3 day tour pick up from Amman travelling to Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and drop off to the airport. Communication was quick and efficient and we encountered no problems whatsoever. The campsite had adequate facilities, though getting a shower was difficult. They had charger ports to charge phones (luckily!) and everything else was great. The hosts were kind and courteous and the guides spoke English relatively well and accommodated for us well. Classic Wadi Rum tours were able to cross off Jordan from our bucket list in one booking and we thank them greatly for it! The price was well worth it since it covered entrances to everything (Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea). We highly recommend them.

On top of the fact that all the actual sights are jaw dropping, our knowledgable guides led us through each part of the trip professionally. We needed to customise our trip slightly to suit our schedule and they were fully accommodating. Huge thanks to Classic Wadi Rum Tours for helping make our trip to Jordan so fantastic that we will likely return as there is just so much to see and when we do, we will go with these guys again.

I had to customised my trip due to the days and time we had. They manage to accommodate all our needs although we booked so last minute. Thank you all for making our trip so wonderful. Thank you Hisham for looking after us and even help us book our transport to TelAviv after.
