Mathieu and Juan were excellent tour guides, personable, friendly, and fun! We had a wonderful time floating in the Arctic, followed by hot chocolate and homemade cinnamon rolls. Mathieu took lots of great photos with the GoPro in the water and with our cameras afterward. We even received a fun certificate at the end! It made my milestone birthday extra special. Highly reccommend. Thank you!

Matthew and Lucine were amazing guides during our excursion to float the Artic! After a short drive to the location, we were suited up in our thermal suits and heading outside to float the Artic. Lucine was in the water with us the whole time and took pictures of us that we were able to download after our excursion. After the float, we were offered warm drinks and cinnamon buns that Matthew had cooked for us on the outdoor fire. The changing hut was super cute and warm. We highly recommend this excursion and it's a chance of a lifetime to be able to float the Arctic.

The guides were very helpful and fun. They let the people who wanted to meditate meditate and had fun with the people who wanted to have fun!

The experience was fun for the first 10 minutes but then became a little boring. Only one guide in the water who had to spread himself a bit thin. We weren’t told there were options such as sitting on the ice to pose for pictures and jumping in but the guide seemed to single out a few (younger) participants and spent most of his time focused on them. The rest of us amused ourselves and floating on your back with snow falling in your eyes for 45 minutes was not quite the experience anticipated. I feel a conversation before you get in the water about what the possibilities are…and just how adventurous you are willing to be would help the guide and improve the experience. We had some ok photos but when I received the file with all the photos he’d taken of others clearly having a blast posing, I was disappointed that our experience didn’t match theirs. A second guide in the water for a group of 12 people would also be an improvement.

Our instructors were super great and friendly that it made the experience all the better. They were super willing to take photos and make sure we were comfortable. It was also the first time we had brunost and we were immediately hooked. The overall experience was very relaxing and the food was great! I would def recommend going. I believe our instructors were Mathieu and Stephanie, and you'd be lucky to have them!

Amazing experience, floating and surrounded by ice in the middle of the fjord. Matthieu and Juan were great hosts and always attentive for our needs, making sure we enjoyed a safe experience. No need to know to swim, so really open to everyone. We could feel closer to nature in this amazing space and also relax in this silent environment. There was a perfect ending with hot drinks, hot cinnamon rolls and brown cheese. We definitely recommend to try.

Our Arctic floating adventure in Tromso was absolutely unforgettable! We arrived at the pick-up point and were greeted by a friendly gentleman who informed us that the van was full, but a taxi had been arranged for us, which arrived just a few minutes later. From there, we enjoyed a scenic drive near the water with stunning mountains all around. Once we arrived at the site, we had to walk downhill to the hut and the water. The walk was a bit steep and slippery, so be prepared for that, but it added to the excitement and adventure of the experience. The location itself was breathtaking—surrounded by majestic mountains, a beautiful sky full of colors, and the sun setting behind the peaks. At the hut, we were provided with socks and then floating suits. The staff were super friendly, and we had a great time chatting with the other participants. We also had a chance to take some group photos, both on their camera and our own. Then, one of the team members went into the water and started breaking the ice with an axe, which was a cool sight! Shortly after, we were floating in the water, surrounded by nothing but mountains and the sky above us. The floating suits were incredibly warm and kept us completely dry, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. After about half an hour of floating, we took more pictures on the frozen water and explored the area a bit. When we got out of the water, we were treated to hot chocolate and freshly made cinnamon rolls around a cozy fire—such a perfect way to warm up after the adventure. To top it all off, we were given a certificate as a souvenir, which was a nice touch and a cute reminder of the experience. The entire adventure was truly unique and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Tromso
