We had a wonderful tour with Kazuma-San. He sent us messages before our tour and he met us at our hotel. My 11 and 15 year old loved biking through the city. It was very safe and the drivers are very courteous to the bicyclists. Kazuma-San shared his knowledge of the city as we took the bike tour and was very hospitable. You will not regret signing up for this tour.

Kazuma contacted us as soon as the booking was made, which was a good touch and a sign of things to come. On the day of our tour Kazuma listened to the sorts of things we wanted to see and places we wanted to go and he adjusted the route to take in our suggestions. The highlight of the tour for us was visiting a local shrine where Kazuma explained the different parts of the shrine and encouraged us to join in with the rituals and traditions. After the shrine the focus of our tour moved to the Imperial Palace and, due to the time of the year, the cherry blossom displays. We felt safe throughout the tour; it surpassed expectations and Kazuma was a great guide. Thank you very much!

Don’t miss the opportunity to tour with Kazuma and experience all he has to offer, which seems limitless. He’s one of the kindness and most sincere human beings we’ve ever met. His knowledge of Japan - both old and new - along with his clear and warm communication, flexibility, skill as a bicycle guide and photographer, and warmth made our tour exhilarating and the best we’ve ever had. Just riding safely through the busy streets of Tokyo with someone who emphasized both safety and fun, would have made the day. Doing it with someone who so clearly loves his job and every client he guides, lifted an already amazing experience beyond any expectations we might have had. It was a joy to spend over 3 hours riding and learning with Kazuma! We only wish we had had more time. Touring with Kazuma is a must if you visit Tokyo!

This was our favorite tour ever! It was our first e-bike experience and Kazuma helped us feel prepared and comfortable. He guided us around Tokyo, highlighting significant locations, bringing us to the best cherry blossom spots, and photographing the experience along the way. His knowledge of the city, the history and the culture enriched this special time. We appreciate his professionalism, passion for his work and ensuring that this was a wonderful time. We are grateful for Kazuma and we highly, highly recommend his tours!

This was a wonderful introduction to Tokyo. We saw parts we couldn't have reached on foot or by tour bus, and we were able to stop whenever we pleased to take photos or rest. Kazuma was a superb guide; he was informative and interesting as well as being a very nice man. He was funny, polite and professional, a pleasure to spend the morning with. We can highly recommend Tokyo Bike Bliss.

Kazuma was such an informative, friendly guide for our wonderful introductory tour of Tokyo! We biked with him the first day after we landed in Tokyo from central US, and it was a great way to work off the jet lag and understand the city better. He met us in the lobby of our hotel (Shiba Park Hotel, also highly recommended), and after a short introduction and orientation to the e-bikes we were off. We biked on mostly quieter back streets, pausing at multiple spots so we could take pictures and learn about the neighborhood or about the significance of the site. We had communicated with him weeks in advance (via WhatsApp) about our preferences and also to extend our tour to 4 hours instead of his usual 3 hours, which we’re so glad we did. Even during the tour he was modifying our route to go to some more “hidden gems” for us. He took many pictures of us with his camera that he shared with us later that day. He took us to a shrine and instructed us on the proper way to visit the shrine. He took us to the Asakura House and provided us with a private explanatory tour of it. He guided us to Shibuya crossing and gave us time to cross it several times. We ended the tour at a local restaurant that he recommended for us as we had said that we wanted to try okonomiyaki. We can’t recommend his tour enough!! Thank you Kazuma-San for a wonderful experience!!

We had a fantastic experience today and would highly recommend this Ebike tour! Kazuma is an expert Tour Guide with exceptional English, and made our day with our family, including two teenage boys, enjoyable, fun, interesting, thought-provoking, and safe. We would do this again in a heartbeat if we were still in Japan.

Wonderful experience of cycling through Tokyo’s different neighborhoods - both the famous sights as well as the lesser known side streets. Kazuma-san is a professional and engaging guide with a great energy level and great insights!

We did a half-day private tour with Tokyo Bike Bliss- and WOW—so good. We’d already done a tour earlier in the trip and didn’t want a repeat, but Kazuma (owner + guide) totally nailed it. He customized everything to us and took us to spots we never would’ve found—like an original island community that felt completely off the tourist path. It was the kind of experience that makes you feel like you’re seeing the real Japan. We were met at our hotel with the bikes ready to go. Super easy, super fun. Kazuma also surprised us with a professional camera and took amazing pictures during our tour! Then sent them to us the next day. Two more things- He speaks excellent English and the bikes were in excellent condition. Would 100% book again 🙌
