What To Expect
Amazoonico Animal Rescue Centre
At 8 am you will get picked up for free in a private transport at the surrounding areas of Tena to the river side. The "Full Day Amazoonico 360°" consists of tubing or kayaking down the Arajuno river. We arrive at “Amazoonico”, an animal rescue center, a great opportunity to observe animals from the Amazon and contribute to their well-being. A Box-Lunch will be served to us on the riverbank. Later, in the motorized canoe, we will visit the Anaconda Island where we will be received by an indigenous family with a presentation of the blowpipe, elaboration and tasting of chicha before we head to the swamp of caimans with sightseeing of the hoatzin bird. Free transport to the surrounding areas of Tena.

5.00This was the most exciting excursion I have ever taken. Robert and his crew made it so special. Visiting the Amazon animal reserve, and going to the indigenous village was amazing. . Blowing the blow pipe and hitting the target was exciting.!!! Having the Shaman cleanse us of any and all Bad energy was fascinating 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 We had the tilapia that was served so beautifully at the indigenous village. Wild monkeys jumping from tree to tree , every color of butterfly crossing the river right in front of you. The most beautiful Amazon experience that I could even imagine.
