  Such a great experience and out waitress Renata pulled out all the stops in ensuring we had the best treatment on board. The food was excellent, and portions sizes perfect, there was enough time to enjoy our meal and the show as well as enjoy the beautiful lights from the buildings as we cruised. Really worth while to do! Thank you Renata for making it a special evening🌺

  Great time! Food and entertainment was authentic. One glass of Prosecco was included with dinner. Drinks are available for purchase after that. Water must be purchased. We had a window seat and we loved the views, but there were glass windows all around the dining area so spending the extra money for a window seat is not entirely necessary. I was able to get up during the entertainment to take better photos of the entertainers and walk outside onto the deck to take photos of all the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations on the buildings and bridges.

  Meal more than correct.ambianve sympa.wine not too expensive (about 30 euros a bottle).just late evening condensation on the ceiling and a few drops of water fell on me.

  The entertainment for the Dinner Cruise was excellent. The four course dinner was disappointing in that the soup was cold and the other courses lacked flavour. Also, we understood that the first drink served to us was complementary, but it was not. Drinks were rather expensive.

  The 4 course meal was delicious I had the pork chop and it was so delicious! The folklore show was very entertaining and they made us do a conga line very fun everyone had a great time!

  What do you expect from a meal on a 2-hour river boat cruise for 100 people. Chat Gpt recommended a dinner river boat cruise. I would recommend an evening river boat cruise and maybe add in a drink or two and music/entertainment, but a 4 course dinner served to 100 people at the same time means premade food sitting in warming trays for awhile until ready for service, and that is what we were served. Cold, dried out meals. The drinks were very pricey. The entertainment was fun and lively, but for the same price, I could have booked a dinner at a nice restaurant, followed by a show and the HOBO bus offers the same evening boat ride for no extra cost.

  The Danube boat was ok, well-maintained and clean. The personnel are very polite and friendly, whereas the food served was surprisingly tasty. The promised operetta show, though, I found to be rather poor. It was merely one lady singer, who though sweet and friendly, did not provide the advertised operetta show. The Folklore was good, and the ship's band provided a nice atmosphere. I did expect, though, to listen to more gypsy - music; is Hungary not the ideal place to enjoy this kind of music? All in all. I would have thought we were given our money's worth.

  

  

  

• 50th birthday treat

  This was a surprise treat for my husband's 50th birthday and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family (party of 4 with 2 older teens). The staff were so friendly and attentive, the food was amazing and the entertainers were superb. All with the stunning backdrop of Budapest by night. Would definitely recommend.
