At 9:00 AM, depart from meeting point to the village of Asraf. The journey takes 4,5 hours. Upon arrival in Asraf, settle in the homestay and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a scenic 2.5-hour horse ride to the neighboring village of Eski Forish. In the late afternoon, you may watch or join your hosts in the preparation of traditional meals.

After breakfast, start riding to Hayat village. On the way, see the Lake Aydarkul and the Kyzyl-Kum steppe from distance. Upon arrival in Hayat, settle in the local homestay. In the afternoon you take a short horse ride to the village of Uhum. The total duration of today's ride is 5 hours. Enjoy your dinner with host family.

Your morning starts with a 3-hour horse ride from Hayat to the village of Majerum. You’ll explore the ancient arbour vitae tree, steeped in local legend, believed to have been planted by the soldiers of Alexander the Great during his Central Asian invasion. Arrive at the welcoming Muhammad Ali homestay, owned by Mr. Koldosh, a local farmer. In the afternoon, once you have settled into your homestay, a 2-hour horse ride to the Nature Reserve awaits.
Ride from Majerum to Sentob and transfer to Samarkand

On this final day, you’ll ride from Majerum to Sentob village, a 5-hour journey exploring the ancient sites of Sentob on horseback. Enjoy a hearty lunch at a local homestay to conclude your horse riding adventure. The tour ends in the village of Sentob.
Samarkand
In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to Samarkand, a 4.5-hour drive away. Our driver will drop you at your hotel or at the tour ending point.

5.00We had an amazing experience in the Nuratau Mountains for 4 days. We stayed in 3 different guesthouses where the welcome was very warm, and we met other very nice travelers there. In particular, our guide Ali was at the top, and the level of English is sufficient to communicate and understand the life and history of these mountain villages. The horses were very easy to ride, although the terrain was sometimes very steep. We will keep a very positive memory of this excursion.

5.00We did this four day tour as a hiking trip, not so to horses Our guide Alibec was excellent, he spoke English and had a good sense of humour. We did a four day/ three night hiking tour between villages staying at a different home stay each night. Each family was very welcoming and served delicious meals. One home had en-suite rooms which was nice. Another home stay had communal bathrooms within the same building. And the last home stay’s bathroom was in a separate building across the yard. The hiking was amazing, beautiful scenery, quiet routes without other tourists which made it more special. The route wasn’t too difficult. Would definitely recommend this trip as was a great way to see another part of the country.

5.00A very nice experience in the mountains far from the tourist sites. The horses are well cared for. The guest house where we stayed is very nice and quiet. Welcoming is warm we ate very well. Very friendly English speaking guide.
